The printed manual is limited and when I have a question I have to look for the QR code and download the info on my phone, which is hard to read. Wish it had printed info regarding USING the machine - the settings, what to use for what type of wash etc. The one page info sheet doesn't have any useful info. Also I never know how long it will run before turning it on. Can't adjust by time. Sometimes a small load will run almost an hour and a large load under 30 minutes. The setting are for different kinds of fabrics but the machine is huge and we don't have that much laundry. Silly to run a separate load for a few towels and then wash my clothes separately too. I combine them but am never sure what setting to use. But it works and plays a cute melody at the end.

We purchased the new washing machine for 2 reasons. Our old machine was showing it's age, and we wanted to go to a front loader to make doing laundry easier. Our old top loader was making it hard for my wife, a little over 5 ft was finding it a little bit harder to reach down into the washer to remove the washed clothes. The new front loader mounted on the pedestals solves that issue. The washer works well and has a lot of features. I didn't think we'd use the LG ThinQ app, but we actually like the notices it sends, and being able to see the load progress without going to the laundry room to check on them is a nice feature.

Having one I was really surprise these machine can clean really good with matching 5 water sprinkler and don’t need to dry the clothes longer in the dryer. Hopefully it will last the machine life

LG is my favorite choice because of the beauty and the reliability it will bring to our home. This newly designed Black Stainless are very easy to maintain and hides most of the finger prints. I like it beauty my wife likes it. You know... Happy wife is Happy Life.

Besides performing the expected cleaning of the laundry, it spins the water out very well, is quiet, and has great features. I especially like the "delay" you can set. I set up laundry before bed and schedule it to run early the next morning so things are ready to go in the dryer before breakfast.

Who would have thought that having such an awesome washer/dryer could make laundry something I looked forward to rather than something I dread. It's quiet and efficient. Our laundry is clean and there is no soap/residue remaining on the clothes like we had with our top-loading HE washer. I've never seen the value of having "smart" appliances but really appreciate the simplicity of having everything connected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the matching set and couldn't be happier. Had another brand of front load for many years. But this washer far out does the job. Whites are white, even the old whites that had turned gray. Towels are fluffy and smell fresh. Easy to use and love the WIFI as the unit is in the garage and lets me know when it is finished. Great purchase

I’ve had the machine a couple weeks and love it so far. Easy to use. My only complaint is that there must be sensors in it, to tell the machine if clothes are dry or not. That would be great for energy saving, but when trying to dry a thick blanket, it was frustrating. I had to start the drying process at least 5 times, and the machine would stop after 5 minutes. It could be user error, however.

My new LG is a refreshing upgrade from my previous set. We’d began to have issues with old set. It fits perfectly and saves a lot of space. It’s a little noisier than previous set. It doesn’t use unnecessary water or energy. I think we made a hood choice.
