I bought this washer to replace a 13-year-old LG washer that was still working fine but did smell a bit. The new washer does a better job cleaning clothes than the older one, it also takes less time too. It took very little time to set up my tablet and phone to connect with the washer. It has many wash options and rinse options. If it lasts like the other washer, I will be more than happy with my choice.

I have been currently waiting three weeks for someone to come out and get this fixed and it’s still not resolved. I have always bought LG but very disappointed with them at this moment.

I must confess, I have not read the manual or taken advantage of all the features, like Wi-Fi which I don’t anticipate using, but so far everything has been intuitive. One feature I miss from my previous washer is the slow spin and reverse spin after washing to help take out the wrinkles from the high speed drying.

This washer is quiet, easy to use, and does a great job. Also easy to clean around the door. I do leave the door open until it is dry. I’ve heard they might have pump issues but and also told it is an easy fix.

Long delay after purchase due to washer being backordered but I'm happy with it and it was worth the wait. I've only had it for about week so I'm still getting used to the features. I have a cover on my couch because I allow my dogs to sit with me. Between the dogs and color still bleeding from my jeans in the summer heat and humidity, the cover was really dirty. This washer made that cover look new again.

After reading the reviews and reliability of the LG products my wife and I are happy to own this washer. The speed of a normal wash cycle and capacity of the washer are excellent. Cant wait for the Dryer to die so we can upgrade the the compatible LG model.

I did my research on Consumer Reports and found that this model had an excellent review and was on the top of their recommended products. I really like the Turbo wash component and feel it does a great job getting my clothes clean. It's a very quiet machine in comparison to my last model. I also like the wifi connectivity of the machine. It notifies me when the cycle is over and takes the worry out of "forgetting about" that load of laundry. I can confirm the recommendations of Consumer Reports and consider this washer to be a great value.

It does the core work of washing clothes very well and it does it resourcefully and conveniently with text notifications when it's done. We love it, especially with the abundance of laundry we need to do (3 kids).
