[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The turbo is fast and it's quiet. Even like the tinkly sound it makes. But our unit stops and puts up an error message without completing the spin. Very wet clothes left. And I can't figure out how to connect it on the internet.

It was aging and I researched the current washers and I chose this model. I am especially pleased with the steam, allergy, turbo wash, and the towel cycles. All of the other cycles and spin are also excellent. You can also add many options to the many cycles.

The seal part is back ordered and no one knows when it will be available, rendering my brand new washer unusable for an undetermined amount of time. Very frustrating.

We had to sell our first set because we moved to a new home that had a gas hook-up for the dryer instead of electric. The new set it very quiet. There are so many options on both appliances that ensure that no matter my needs LG has me covered. They are both energy savers. They are very sleek looking. And both handle extra large loads with ease which cuts down on loads. I am able to remotely start both which is convenient. I just can't say enough about my love for my washer and dryer. I felt the same about our old set as well. I will always buy LG.

I love the fact that because it's Wi-fi connected I get a notification on my smart watch to let me know when a cycle has finished. Living on a ranch I might be anywhere but not in the house. And I have so many cycles to choose from. My clothes have never looked so good. Especially happy about the extra large tub as I can wash my King sized comforter and I can also wash my weighted blanket in it. I couldn't do that in my old washer. It's a wonderful product and I recommend it to friends all the time.

When I built another house I bought LG again with pedestals and never had any problems for 6 years. We sold that house and bought another house, and, again I purchased LGs with pedestals. The house we bought had brand new Maytags, and I sold them to my son and bought LGs. In both my first and second summer homes I have had LG, so all told, in the last 16 years I have had 5 sets of LG and washer and dryer with pedestals and obviously loved them!

They were great!! These are just as nice with a few new features. I like the durability of the LG appliances.

I have had this washing machine for about 5 weeks and can honestly say I now enjoy doing laundry. The drum is huge, the machine is quiet and I actually think my whites are whier and my colors brighter! I might even be able to convince my husband to do laundry! I highly recommend this magnificent machine to anyone of any age!

This model washer is similar to the old but has new upgraded features that we really like. We like that it checks the load and determines the wash cycle timing based off that. It uses even less detergent than the old model. It is very efficient and it is quiet and quite vibration free.
