[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine cleans so well my clothes and bedding smell so clean. The clean out for the washer is easy to use. I have 5 dogs and the washer before this one did a terrible job. This washer gets the hair out and doesn't shake my floor.

I did buy this a month ago. Our old washer was over 20 years old and the difference is amazing. There are so many things we can do with the settings. We have so much more control over our wash, the time has reduced and the machine tells me how long the cycle we set up will take. The wash seems to tumble more and everything seems cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, my model 4000 washer has been outstanding. Build quality is excellent. I am especially impressed by the anti-vibration technology. My laundry machines are stacked (using the LG stacking kit). The washer expertly balances the load prior to the final spin dry. No matter what the spin speed is, the washer has minimal vibration. Very pleased with LG. (LG also manufactured my refrigerator, which was badged under another well-known brand name). They are a bit more money than some - but you get what you pay for.

I found it be very hard to use, I had a set of LG washer and dryer before I bought this set and I was very happy with them and would had given them 5-stars. This washer too and unnecessary complicated and still have problems using it. Phone call support did not help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is reasonably quiet and has minimal vibration on the spin cycle. Have only used the Normal cycle so far--the clothes washed well and the spin cycle removed excess water that shortened the dryer time. The manual that came with the washer has since been replaced with an updated May 2021 manual but LG customer support will only provide a paper copy for a fee. While the updated manual is available online in PDF format, it is inconvenient to access a computer while in the middle of doing the laundry. The outdated manual that came with the washer has minimal information on each of the wash cycles and how to operate the washer after installation. Expect to print out sections of the online manual.

I didn’t think I’d like this new one as much as I do. I love that I get reminders when my laundry is finished. It’s easy to use and the downloadable cycles that are available are great and give me so many more options, especially the handwash-wool cycle.

After considerable research on available washing machines, we decided to stick with LG because of our prior experience with LG, the excellent reviews received from non-biased reviewers and the competitive pricing that was made available to us. Our new LG washing machine has lots of new bells and whistles that we're still experimenting with, but so far we are quite pleased with the machines performance.

This was the top rated washer and thus far has exceeded our expectations. Quick, quiet, efficient, and does a great job. Definitely also recommend the matching dryer and the optional pedestals are a must for ergonomics and storage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer was delivered about one month ago. After some problems with the installation were resolved, I am really pleased with the washer. I am learning to use all the features and am pleased with the cleaning results.

Purchased in Dec'22, Installed in Jan'23. Does a great job in everything. Low water consumption. Clothes come out clean and very dry (compared to other brands/models) we've used in the past. The only issue is that the washer door is not reversible. Had I known this I would've gone with a different model or brand. Something we missed when checking out the floor models available at the store we went. Our dryer is on the left and the washer is on the right so not being able to change the opening side of the door causes a bit of a hassle when moving the load from the washer to the drier.
