The machine does a great job cleaning clothes,etc....without any loud noises and did not fall apart within 4 months.. Washer is now over a year old and still working. That's what well designed appliances should do......work every time. Thank you, LG!!

I wish I had done it when I placed my order because I feel like they would make my laundry days a bit easier. Also, the app doesn’t work that great, but then again I’ve only tried to use the app once. You might have better luck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new LG wi-fi enabled high capacity washer and dryer about a month ago. This is the 2nd set we have had. We had to sell our first set because we moved to a new home that had a gas hook-up for the dryer instead of electric. The new set it very quiet. There are so many options on both appliances that ensure that no matter my needs LG has me covered. They are both energy savers. They are very sleek looking. And both handle extra large loads with ease which cuts down on loads. I am able to remotely start both which is convenient. I just can't say enough about my love for my washer and dryer. I felt the same about our old set as well. I will always buy LG.

They worked so good our daughter bought LG for her new house last year. We just built a new house close to her and also bought our second set of LG washer and dryer in January 2023. They work great , for the daughter and both sets of ours. Highly recommend LG appliances!!!

When my old LG washer reached the point where repairing it was no longer an option, I purchased this Front Load LG Washer and the performance, quality and features exceeded my expectations. Doing laundry is so much easier and doing laundry with this washer is very exonomical.

We had a top loader for 30 years; but the LG unit uses much less water and adapts to the the loads for better performance. Having the steam clean and variable delicate features is a bonus if you want to sanitize.
