I love my new washer and dryer. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the "manual" is not helpful on how to change some of the settings. A good video should be designed to help a new owner. Changing temperatures is not intuitive and the written manual... which you have to print if you want it in hand, is of little use. LG needs to get someone to write the manual who is clear on what to do at each step of the washing... giving all options and how to change them.

It has a great selection of modes, and while we normally will use only 2 or 3 of them on a regular basis, it is nice to have the others available for special needs. We also bought a pedestal with it, which my wife loves since she doesn't have to bend down to get clothes out or verify that nothing was left in it. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer works great… does everything you need and more. My only issue is the wifi does not 5Ghz routers. If you have a multiband (2.4ghz and 5Ghz) router, you have to trick the washer into connecting by leveraging another device.

I bought the front loader washer in June, by July I have a leak, seen to be coming from the bottom. It is very bad most of the time. I am My floor is going to rot and the washer is going to fall thru the floor. Thr dryer is performing very goog.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought our washer in September. It was a welcome addition to our home! My clothes are cleaner with less water and the machine spins out so well that my old dryer is drying the clothes is about half the time that it use to take.

This is my first LG appliance, purchased online, LG had free installation free delivery and free haul away. Order on a Monday and it came on Wednesday. The 3 gentleman that came to my house were very curious and professional. They took extra care not to scratch my washer by wrapping it in blanket. They installed my washer making sure there was no leaks and even gave it a “test rinse” cycle just to make sure. The washer itself is noticeably more quiet than my 10 year old Samsung washer that it replaced, and the wash cycles are faster too resulting in using less energy. I highly recommend this washer and the great service that LG provided.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the different cycles and use of steam. Lots of room for big loads and cleans well. The only thing I hate is the pedestal drawer. Nothing will fit in it!! No bottles of anything will fit. It is made only for pod boxes and I don’t use pods. Very disappointed in that part. Also on certain cycles a lot of water remains in the soap dispenser drawer. Messy to empty. Not sure what’s happening with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have been disappointed in the machine. I unplug it after use. When I plug it in again it never seems to come up with the right cycle. There is no on/off button clearly marked. Written directions are worthless.
