[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I swore I wouldn't buy another front load machine, but I have been very happy with this machine. Clothes seem clean and everything is working well. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the wring cycle is so aggressive that the clothes are very, very wrinkly when they come out of the washer. I do a lot of line drying and I now either have to do a ton more ironing or wear more wrinkly shirts/tops.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just upgraded after 13 years to this washer and coukd not be more pleased. almost went with a top loader to avoid smell, but am confident that wiping dry between loads and using the front drai will avoidvthat issue. Very happy with cleaning and efficiency

At first, I thought Wi-Fi on a washer was a joke or a silly up-sell, but now that I have it, I really appreciate the feature. The steam cleaning setting sold us, but the wi-fi has been a great perk because our unit is located in our garage where you can't always hear it. Operation is smooth and easy, and the app adds extra value features we like.

Washed my husbands construction gear and it got every bit of sawdust off with one cycle! ONE! Absolutely great. Tells me when it is complete and i can even set a delay so it finishes my wash as we walk in the door after work so we have the peace of mind knowing it hasnt been sitting soggy for hours or days. Ive named her Cinderella and she is my new bff

This machine is so easy to operate and the owner guide is outstanding and easy to read, not too technical. I’m looking forward to having this set for a very long time. Love the way it cleans my clothes, towels and anything else that needs to be washed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of the new washer and dryer! The capacity is great. The drums inside are stainless steel. I still haven’t learned how to work all the features on it yet so I’m just using the the preset dials. Because my laundry room is so small we were able to buy a stackable attachment to set one on top of the other. The dryer set up on top of the washer. Now it looks and fits great! It washes and dries really well. I would recommend it to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG washer with the Steam function. This model is a little higher capacity than my old LG washer. This washer has the terrific flexibility with settings allowing for additional rinses, delayed run times, and more. The Steam function is a great feature for sanitizing virtually any fabric. The washer is much quicker and more efficient than my old model (which was very good) and does a great job cleaning our laundry.

I have used this washer for 8 cycles and so far I love it. Connecting the app to wifi is easy (follow the instructions) and the app features are great. I like the notifications when the washer has completed its cycle and the monthly emails about how the washer is performing. I really hope the washer lasts 10+ years but only time will tell.

Both are very quiet. That is important because the family room is connected to the kitchen via a large open space. If the machines were too loud, it would limit when I could run them.

When the washing machine decided its life had come to an end, I made the decision to replace both as I wanted a matching pair. After considerable research, I decided the LG washer and dryer had all the features that I wanted and some that I was surprised even existed. Going from 15 year old machines to new state-of-art was quite an adventure. I kept my owners manual in my laundry room so I could make sure I did not miss any features that would be a time saver for me. I think I have tried most, and have been amazed at the efficiency. My clothes are so clean and don't require so much drying time as the washer removes of the water. And the Steam Cycle on the dryer - you would not believe the ironing I have eliminated. The ladies at work are amazed when I relate this feature. As you can tell, I am so very happy with my purchase.
