[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer because of the great reviews, and it has certainly lived up to them. Very happy with it. The only thing I would got it on would be the lack of a drum light. My last washer had a drum light and it made it easier to find that one sock or washcloth that was stuck to the inside. Other than the washer, the app that goes with the Wi-Fi connectivity is a bit of a hassle to use. I tried to connect my wife’s app to mine and it just didn’t work and you can do it manually with your account number but I can’t find that anywhere. I hope they fix the app .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after almost every load there is water and suds left in machine...unless i hit rinse and spin at the end of cycle i am stuck with very wet clothes i use the high spin cycle to use normal cycle forget it never ever had this problem with any other machine

Love the technology to assists with maintenance and cycles - and machines communicating for dryer cycle recommendations based on wash! Good looking, quiet, tons of features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our entrance into the world of SMART appliances was ushered in with our new LG washer and dryer. We are getting the hang of going from manual appliances to these new devices which have lots of bells and whistles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG clothes washer is SMART - requires less detergent, estimates the amount of clothes and determines the amount of time to finish the cycle. It is thinner than a standard washer, so it saves on space, time and energy. Love the charcoal color as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we’ve had these a month and they’re great. The washing machine has more features than we could possibly use. We mostly use the speed wash and it’s comes in at 15 min and the spin cycle is very quiet. The only noise you hear is in the beginning when the jets are spraying. Those were louder than expected but not loud enough to be annoying. The troubleshooting feature with the app is amazing. We bought these after having Whirlpool Duets for 8 years and couldn’t get away from them fast enough. Both machines are very quiet and look great which was a factor to us since our laundry room is in the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG machine definitely gets our clothes cleaner than our previous front loader. We can see the difference. One criticism is the lettering on the front panel is difficult to see in normal lighting. Otherwise we are very pleased with the washer and dryer.

I assuem there is a way to get my cell phone to make a sound when the washer is complete. If I look it dsys the unit is off, but I haven't figured out how to eet my phone to make an audio sound when the washer is complete. Also, it would be great if I could swap the door opening since my dryer is on the left side, so the door is in the way when transferring the washer load to the dryer, which can swap the door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the different cycles and use of steam. Lots of room for big loads and cleans well. The only thing I hate is the pedestal drawer. Nothing will fit in it!! No bottles of anything will fit. It is made only for pod boxes and I don’t use pods. Very disappointed in that part. Also on certain cycles a lot of water remains in the soap dispenser drawer. Messy to empty. Not sure what’s happening with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have been disappointed in the machine. I unplug it after use. When I plug it in again it never seems to come up with the right cycle. There is no on/off button clearly marked. Written directions are worthless.
