[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are super pleased with this purchase. The washer gets most of our loads fully washed within 25 minutes. There’s even a 15 minute cycle for those fast washes.

We replaced our relatively new w/d in favor of a more energy efficient black stainless system and LG was top recommendation by Wirecutter. Our second set of LG and we will stick with this innovative brand.

I've alone did a few loads but it gets the wash clean and quiet. I almost forget to dry the clothes cause I don't her the washer running. The beeper should be louder.

Purchased on 8-11-21, installed on 8-12-21, and quit working on 10-3-21. New water pump was ordered on 10-4-21, received one week later - broken. I’ll never buy any LG product again.

Machine that was delivered was inoperable. It has been a month and we are getting the run around. New machines and I have to leave the house to do laundry.
