The door doesn’t always catch the lock . It’s only a week old. If this keeps up I’ll have to get it serviced. But that’s the reason I bought it as to not wait home for another service call.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are super pleased with this purchase. The washer gets most of our loads fully washed within 25 minutes. There’s even a 15 minute cycle for those fast washes.

Love the washer, love how it adjusts to the amount of clothes loaded in. The number of features and the capability to download special cycles to it is amazing.

I bought the set 3 weeks ago and have loved it so far! I am trying to learn the spin only feature and how it works. The you tube videos show with a different washer and buttons.

I am surprised at what my machine needed in such a short period but couldn't ask for better service. LG was great covering items and again can not speak highly enough about the tech.
