[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this machine about a month ago, we got a great deal as it was an open box discount. We have been using it for about a month, and using it a lot because everything is so fresh and clean that we're basically washing everything all bedding, pillows, blankets curtains etc.. to freshen the whole house I didn't realize how bad our old machine was until we got this one. We use Earth Breeze laundry sheets it's so easy no measuring or mess. I like all the settings especially the 15 minute turbo wash, it has a lot of features, some I may never use, but maybe? The drain in the front is really handy for letting out the water before leaving on vacation or something so it doesn't get musty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new LG dryer for a couple of months now, and it is fantastic! I consulted Consumer Report while I was shopping for a new washer and dryer, and LG dominates the rankings, so I was very confident in my purchase. I love that the dryer uses wifi to pair with the washer and match the settings for the load, so I just turn on the dryer, load the laundry, and push go! Super easy! Other features that I love are the large capacity, drum light, every setting you can imagine, and the ability to stack on top of the washer. I would definitely recommend this dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has several wash modes and adjusts it's wash times according to the load instead of simply washing for a set amount of time like our old front loader. It also handles several heavy bath mats much better than our old front loader did. It's relatively quiet, but the water input seems a bit louder than our old machine. I think the excess noise when the machine is filling may be due to the fact that when the machine was installed, the installers put 6 foot water lines on when we previously had much shorter water lines. I may change these out for shorter water lines to see if it reduces the noise a bit. I like the WiFi connectivity so that I'm notified when a load has completed, but the iPhone app is too full of ads and other garbage. The whole top third of the app is "Share your Home with your family or roommates". I don't want to share it with anyone else, but I can't get rid of the big, bold message and the "invite member" button. At least the rest of the ads and other garbage are at the bottom of the app screen, underneath the important information. I was also able to download another wash cycle (handwash), which is very convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer for about a month. I am impressed with how well it spins out the load, the clothes are almost dry. This should save money because the dryer will have a shorter run time. Another feature that I really like is that it sends alerts to my cell phone when a load is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the washer and dryer, though the dryer is backordered. I've only had the washer a little over a week and have probably already done 20 loads. Interesting, I am informed of the number of loads, the settings I choose, and most of all, time to run the tub clean cycle which I did yesterday. So far I love the machine. I had a 2 year old top loader without an agitator and that was a total nightmare. It was off balance so often, then I decided to junk it and purchased the front load LG. I have had a front loader before and really liked it. I love this one and I love the Wi-fi, the whatever intelligence, and it so far cleans quite well. Check back later, that is the true test.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer works great… does everything you need and more. My only issue is the wifi does not 5Ghz routers. If you have a multiband (2.4ghz and 5Ghz) router, you have to trick the washer into connecting by leveraging another device.

I bought the front loader washer in June, by July I have a leak, seen to be coming from the bottom. It is very bad most of the time. I am My floor is going to rot and the washer is going to fall thru the floor. Thr dryer is performing very goog.

I had to have the first one delivered be replaced with another machine since the original didn't take the product that was inserted into the tray. No sure why, I followed the directions and only filled maybe 1/2 or 3/4 to the max line. Got the new washer and all works just as I was using the other so it really was the machine, not the user. Removing one and a half star because on these new machines, you have to mix the fabric softer with warm water before adding it. Really? I have a small laundry area without a sink and so I have to go the kitchen each time to do a load of laundry to mix product with warm water. I ended up getting one of the nicer water bottles, filling just shy half way and then adding warm water to it. I shake the bottle and then add in the product. Seems like a needless task but talking to the LG rep, its the only way it won't clog up the machine. I use laundry detergent tabs so I can't speak to how that product works by adding liquid or power. As for the other half star I took off, that's because I still can't get the machine to connect to the app. Since that is a selling point and "feature", I'm annoyed by that as well. I will keep trying and maybe call an LG rep to see if they can help. Everything else in the house like smart plugs and whatnot are all connected and programed so I don't believe its a fail by me.

We purchased these a month ago to replace an aging LG set of the same style. The others were fantastic but after 17 years, they needed an upgrade. These are the same basic models and were a perfect replacement set. Glad we got these when we did before the government outlaws them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We originally bought a GE washer and Dryer form Home Depot. The first washer vibrated so bad the it was unusable. Home Depot had a new washer installed to replace the first one. The second one vibrated even worse than the first. GE and Home Depot gave us credit so we could purchase a new LG set. My wife is very pleased with the new washer and dryer and does not vibrate. Should have bought LG in the first place and would have saved a lot of frustration and inconvenience.
