What is impressive to me is how frugal it is in using water, which I like. Of course, it remains to be seen that this is a long lasting product without issues. Reputation of expected durability and reliability were the main reasons for me buying the LG brand washing machine. (Don’t fail me!)

The AI is so unique, how it measures your load of clothes and calculates how long it will take to wash the load. Turbo wash makes our clothes even cleaner than we could ever imagine. There are so many features here I would need a book to go through them all. Coming from a 13 year old washer this washer has launched us into the future of technology for doing your laundry. On top of all that this machine is an energy star with a 10 year warranty on the motor. And you can download the LG THINQ app to monitor your usage and keep up on maintenance. We love that, because we definitely want to extend the life of our machine as much as possible. Thank you LG!!!

Our 7 year old front load washer from another brand needed repair and we were told that the repair would cost over $1300!! We purchased the LG based on reviews of long lasting durability. This washer cleans clothes and has multiple different settings. I like the idea that you can download different wash cycles. That may come in handy. Let’s see if this washer lasts more than 7 years.

This model washer is similar to the old but has new upgraded features that we really like. We like that it checks the load and determines the wash cycle timing based off that. It uses even less detergent than the old model. It is very efficient and it is quiet and quite vibration free.

I already was used to the quality of LG washing machines, so I wanted to stick with them. This washer is amazing! It took a few minutes to link up with WiFi to phone but I got it after a while . Overall excellent wash. I have the dryer too cause I got both at the same time . Will recommend to any one. Comeing from a long time L.g owner.

I purchased this new washer unit about a month ago, since my previous washer was old and showing signs of age-related wear and tear. Research collectively suggested this was among the highest rated products for the value. Unit runs very quiet (glad we have it connected to Wi-Fi), is rather easy to use, and has performed flawlessly across the spectrum of laundry needs. Extremely pleased; I expect decades of service.

I am amazed by the efficiency of this washing machine. It is much faster and appears to me to be overall a much better washer than the one I loved from 8 years ago. I recommend 100%. I have not had time to use all the freatures yet, but I don't anticipate issues.

I have been using my new washer for over a month and can’t describe how I love it. Best washer I have ever had. The large stainless steel drum is amazing. Short cycles, extreme cleaning capabilities and so quiet even with the spin cycle. Couldn’t be more pleased.
