[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The manual is a little vague on how to use the machine so there’s a small window of getting used to all of its features. It really does a great job washing clothes with about a third of the water normally used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since 2021, I went through 3 front load washers within 9 months! This 3rd washer was the charm! It is my first LG appliance. The machine does a great job cleaning clothes,etc....without any loud noises and did not fall apart within 4 months.. Washer is now over a year old and still working. That's what well designed appliances should do......work every time. Thank you, LG!!

We bought this washer about a month ago, and it has done an excellent job with washing clothing. Like most of the front load washers we've had, it has challenges with getting balanced when washing bedding. We attempted to wash a brand new bedding comforter and the washer could not get balanced on its own. We ended up needing to add towels to the washer so that it could balance and complete the wash cycle. Further, it would be helpful if it had a spin only cycle.

I can control the washer from my iPhone & I get alerts when the wash is done. No more wasted trips down to the basement to see if the wash is done! Super happy with our purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washing results are very good with minimal soap.Good to have choice of programs, but seldom use them. WiFi was a problem since the washer kept loosing the network while the dryer did not.Finally seems to be working. Very important so I don't have to go down stairs to check until I am notified it is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my new washer.Turbowash is a must. it’s so cool the ThinQ app to check the progress of the cycle. The spinning is quiet enough and not loud at all. This washer does wash and dry good,It spin drys very well to where thin material can be hung dry. We are very happy with this washer and like the functionality and the look. Super quiet, efficient . This washer uses a lot less water than other washer. I like the door magnet to keep it slightly ajar when not using, and prevent mold forming in the door. Love the tempered glass door that look stylish.

We did some research on Consumer Reports and decided we wanted to purchase an LG washer/dryer pair. At our local appliance store, we found the model we were most interested in and purchased it during a sale. So far, a great purchase.

Have used this new machine for about a month. Everything works perfect so far. Cleans very well and a lot faster than last washer, LG top loader. No out of balance alarms, shorter wash cycles, uses less water. Once leveled, it hardly makes any noise. Has easy clean features, with cleanable Filter.
