The cycles aren't as long as other front loaders which is a plus and the whole wifi thing is pretty neat...I'm satisfied with my purchase

We love the turbo option that washes in half the time with excellent cleaning results. We were so happy that there wasn’t a supply chain shortage of this LG washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer (and dryer) to replace my 15 year old Bosch units. So far, we have been very impressed with how quiet and efficient these units are! The interface appeared to be a bit complex at first but leveraging the built-in programs proved to be very easy and washed our clothes and towels very well. The spin cycle is amazing as the clothes come out pretty wrung out, making drying even more efficient.

My husband works in construction and His clothing was never this clean with our last washer. Also front loading is a huge game changer I don’t know how I ever had a top loader! I have noticed It gets a little loud but it’s not too bad. Also the turbo wash with the allergens cycle is AMAZING!!! Especially with bedding. Everything comes out so clean and free of fluff and dog hairs. This washing machine is a dream.

The Wi-Fi feature is very helpful since the units are located in the garage so I don’t need to run out there to check how minutes are left in the cycle! The clothes come out clean!

I bought this a month ago and I'm very happy with my purchase. I love all the settings having replaced a washer that lacked the versatility of this washer. I like the dark gray color and the ability to stack this unit with the matching dryer. Clothes come out clean and drying time is reduced by how well the spin cycle works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally LG products are reliable. However, my washer started to make a terrible noise on the spin cycles. The noise was so bad that my cats were howling and found a place to hide. Although, I have to say that LG customer service dispatched a technician to troubleshoot the problem. The drum drive bearing froze. I needed a new drum with a new bearing and electrical stator. Th LG Technician had it working in a few hours once the parts came in. The technician stated that this type of problem was virtually unheard of especially on a new machine. After two weeks without a washer all is well now. I especially like the large drum. It can hold and wash large items like blankets and small throw rugs. This washer replaced an over ten-year LG washer with direct drive. The old washer experienced the same bearing issue as my new machine, and it would not be economical to repair given the age of the washer. My LG dryer is also over ten years old and still dying away. I'll replace it when needed--in another ten years or so. Overall, the problem was a fluke and have the highest confidence in LG products.

It not only was an amazing washing machine, we had no maintenance problems the entire time. When we did have an issue we decided after 15 years of doing laundry for a family of 8, it was time for a new washer. The new washer is a bit of a learning curve after having a reliable product for so many years. Been pretty happy with the new washer so far, although, I still miss my old machine. These things take time.

We downloaded the user's manual from the WEB site which help us both appreciate and utilize the features of the product. Tru-Balance and anti-vibration keep the unit both quiet and stable, even on the pedestal. WIFI seems unnecessary and we're not sure we'll use it much. Overall, we are very satisfied with the purchase.
