All is good with the washer, for the price though I would’ve expected the readout screen to be a bit fancier than the digital watch I had in the 90s.

It works well. The turbo function can finish a load in about 30-40 mins. WiFi function allows me to remote start or pause. In general a good machine

Does everything I need

Terrible experience with Sam's Club. It took 3 different appointments and delivery crews to deliver and install this washer and dryer. Once it was finally installed, it was installed incorrectly which resulted in extensive water damage to my home.

The water lines were not attached properly which caused a large amount of water to spray uncontrolled throughout the room. It was so much water that it leaked through the floor and through the ceiling into the room beneath the washer and dryer.

Now I still don't have the washer and dryer installed and have to contend with extensive water damage and insurance claims.

Don't buy from Sam's Club. Terrible experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG washer with the Steam function.  This model is a little higher capacity than my old LG washer.  This washer has the terrific flexibility with settings allowing for additional rinses, delayed run times, and more.  The Steam function is a great feature for sanitizing virtually any fabric.  The washer is much quicker and more efficient than my old model (which was very good) and does a great job cleaning our laundry.
