[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read reviews and chose LQ for our next washer. The last one was a problem from the point the manufacturer warranty expired. The LQ washer has very good features, has a clean modern design and fit perfect within our laundry alcove. Best part is the connectivity with our smartphones so that we know when the wash is complete. It is quiet and you can hear it only barely as it cycles through the was. Our clothes come out clean and fresh and nearly dry after spin. THis is a highly recommended product and I am glad we made the choice.

I loooove my Lg washer!!! Bought 2 months ago. Super efficient! Did my research! Ratings were great, went to several shops, spoke to store salespeople. This has amazing features! 1 speedwash feature... amazing! , computerized to function best, can preset, has app ( have not used yet)... and trap door in front to clean out which my olds washer did not have. Soooo happy I bought it!!!

This is my first front load washer and I love it. It uses less water, laundry has more room to tumble, and the LG washer is very easy to use. Love the ability to control it from my smartphone. Great features to ensure items are cleaned thoroughly. Online support is excellent. Manual provides lots of info.

I bought this about a month ago and it works great, it's easy to use and the thinq app is great and easy to check the status and make sure everything it working properly. I'm so happy I purchased the washer too when I only needed a Dryer. I bought the matching set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my new LG washer and dryer! The washer is sooo efficient with water and effective in cleaning old stains my other washer couldn't. It is quiet and the ThinQ app lets me know when the wash is done, thank you. I think the best part though is that you can leave the door open after washing without leaving the washer on. This helps dry out the interior thougroughly without using electricity. My old washer got mildewy and a bit stinky too. You're the best LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I established a laundry room in my newly renovated bathroom and purchased an LG washer and gas dryer. I actually look forward to doing laundry because of the ease of using the wash selections that are available. I didn't really have to read the instructions because everything is explained by the controls. A couple of things I really like is that the washer actually does a couple of spins to calculate the size of the load and redistribute the weight of the items, the soap dispenser is a breeze and is marked for the amount of detergent to add, at the end of the wash cycle my clothes are only damp so drying is more efficient and best of all I really can't hear that the washer is on it is so quiet. The dryer is just as quiet and my clothes come out not hot but dry.

They lasted pretty long and had no major issues until recently, especially with the washing machine. I find LG brands to be very reliable. That's why I bought a brand new set. The washing machine is awesome as you can use your phone to see in real time action. It has a cool music at the end of the drying task. The buttons are easy to understand as well. It also reminds you to do a tub clean which I think can benefit it in the long run.

We replaced a 4 year old LG washer/dryer all-in-one combo unit with these separate washer dryer units after facing a third drain pump replacement. These separate units have great features and wash and dry very well. They are quiet and fast. The AI does a great job. I hope they are more dependable than the all-in-one combo unit. Time will tell. Ask me in 1-2 years.

My old washer lasted 18 years, but I knew I wanted my replacement to be an LG. You only need to look in Consumer's Report to see how many LG washers are in the top 10!! It's sleek, quiet and super smart (with it's many wash choices). I have a feeling I might never have to replace this beauty!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the large size tub. It is efficient and quiet. The instruction Manuel that came with it was brief. They want you to go online with your questions. Eventually I did speak with a real person and was able to change the presets, eg cold water.
