I bought this and I’ve had it for a year and it’s still simply amazing best investment ever. It cleans well. I love the automation. I love being able to track it when it’s done or where it is in the house. It cleans proficiently and runs in the background. With two dogs and five cats I don’t know how I ever got by without it. I love that it bags and self empties. Wish I had bought sooner.

Best purchase ever

I have not had many robot vacuums, but I know that this bObsweep one is 10x better than our original. It moves around the house so much more easily, and it maps out the entire thing. Our guest room carpet looks like a front lawn - it looks fantastic with the "stripes". It also does not move around aimlessly and bumps into furniture, it goes in a back-and-forth route to make sure all areas of the floor are clean. You can also beat the self empyting feature.

FANTASTIC Product

This machine is a real work horse! I worried about all obstacles in my second floor causing issues but it navigates fantastic. 
My “Bobbie” is definitely a keeper. 
I can't help but notice the difference it's made. My second floor was always ignored now I like it. 
I haven't used the wet mop feature and probably won't because I have 90 % carpet. 
I highly recommend this one!

New cleaning lady

I can’t believe how much it has changed my cleaning routine! It’s so convenient to just schedule cleanings with the app, and I love that I can start it from anywhere.

The suction is surprisingly powerful—it picks up pet hair and dirt from both my carpets and hardwood floors without any issues. I’m also impressed by how well it navigates around furniture. And when it needs a recharge, it knows to head back to its dock all on its own!

The self-cleaning feature is a lifesaver, too; I spend way less time maintaining it. Overall, it’s made my life so much easier. If you’re looking for a way to cut down on cleaning time, I highly recommend giving a robot vacuum a try!

Best vaccum ever

Betty Bot aka Dustin has been a lifesaver, literally!! I ruptured two discs in my back while mopping my kitchen floor. I wish I had a better story for the ruptures, like mountain climbing, an extreme shopping trip or saving a kitten from a tree, but alas, it was my Saturday cleaning chores that ruined my back. While I sat on bed rest for two weeks so my back could heal, I started doing research on the best robot vacuum/mop combo. The results came back and Dustin was the clear winner. So now, my Saturdays are no longer taken up by mopping and sweeping my floors. I now have time to do those things I love. Not mountain climbing (I'm afraid of heights) or saving a kitten (allergic) but I can do extreme shopping trips at Sams, all thanks to Betty Bot aka Dustin!!

Literally a life saver!

Waited over a month to review.  Love the scheduling on app to set and go without worries.  The mop feature is nice and love that you can cross out areas where carpet or rugs are during mopping.  This little guy is a blessing with a partial dirt backyard and 3 dogs.  Tons of dirt and hair are no problem for this vacuum.  I have it scheduled for 9am, 1pm and 8pm and its always working its best!!! When it docs to self clean I love hearing it, knowing I now have clean and clear floors.  Would totally recommend.  Getting another for my mom for Christmas!!!!

Love our Bobsweep!!!

I am so happy with my new Bob. He does everything I do not want to do. My laminate floor, rugs and tile look wonderful. I have 2 dogs that shed, and Bob does a great job picking up the hair and mopping up dirty paw prints. I was a bit worried that the dogs would have issues with this as they bark at the upright vacuum, but they could care less. I am thrilled.

This one might be better than the100 daydock vision without the Ultra Vison. Ours was doing great, but after three months, it was getting slower and slower. We changed out the Internet, thinking it could’ve been that and now it doesn’t work. I would recommend buying the insurance.
We have pets in hardwood floors, so it was a blessing when it worked.

Ran good for about 6 months of easy service then became useless with intermittent "side brush error" problems. Something was going bad in the internal circuit board because the motor was OK and not a dirt/hair issue. After a few back-and-forths with customer service and many operational checks, Bobsweep offered to repair it but I had to pay a total of $50 shipping (there and back). Seems like a lot for something that was certainly a design and/or a manufacturing problem.

Ran good for about 6 months then became useless

It worked well for the first couple months but now every time it's scheduled to run it moves a couple feet off the base and dies. I guess too much hair is getting caught in the wheels, but I bought this because I have a lot of pet hair. Very disappointing purchase. Also important to note this is a very low end, budget, entry level vacuum. If you do your research like I should have you won't buy this model.
