I have to say the brightness is amazing the refresh rate is breathtaking and the price was great. When I picked it up, I looked at the display model which was right next to some oled and I have to say for the price this television kicks some butt.

Bought this TV from Sam’s get home and unbox it to find out the HDMI cable that is listed isn’t in the box. Call Sam’s to be told that I’d have to bring the entire 75 inch tv back to the store and exchange it for another one just to get that listed HDMI cable. Bad look for both Sam’s and TCI

Missing items

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Television completely dead after just six months and it seems impossible to reach a live person at TCL. Before it died, The picture was pretty good but it’s always seemed underpowered and sluggish at times.

Disappointing and support is not easily accessible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TCL App does not work! It won’t even let you rate the App on Apple App Store, that’s the reason I’m rating it here. I loaded App from QR square and also straight out of the App Store and deleted and reloaded it. Screen comes up but you can’t do nothing either it!
