I purchased the recommended tv mount and wore concealers   used their people to hang it and it was a great decision. 

The person knew what they were doing and they were professional and efficient and the suggested products were perfect. 

The TV looks great but the sound is terrible. The speakers are not blocked but the TCL is muchhhhh better.

I got my tv delivered on a Tuesday and i didn’t schedule the installation yet I was putting it off, i figured I’d schedule it the following week when I knew my schedule… that Saturday someone knocks on my door and it was the guy that installs the tv. He said he wanted to get it out the way. He came at a respectable hour between 9 am and 10 am. He was super quick he didn’t need my help at all. I didn’t even watch him working on it. He checked if the tv worked and helped with setting up my tv. Good, honest, hard working man. Knew exactly how to install it didn’t even bother reading instructions. He true professional. And he took initiative by showing up unscheduled.

The service person that installed my wall mount was helpful and friendly. I will do business with him again. Previously I mounted my TVs myself, but I'm getting on in age and appreciated having someone else handle it.

Great service

I give the TV wall mounting service offered through Angi a big fat 0. But it wouldn’t let me give it a 0. They rescheduled me 6 times!  Finally had my son do it after 2 weeks of waiting. I will never schedule Angi to do anything for me again. Please reevaluate offering this service. It was horrible!

Poor TV mounting service through Angi.

I needed to cancel the TV mount the day of so they took $25 but I haven't heard anything from them since nor did I receive a refund they charged me over $85 kept $25 and I have been sending emails non stop and it has been well over 30days of purchase . Angi is literally ignoring me for some strange reason!!!! But I will get to the bottom of it

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I paid for the mounting service and checked my email for the expected appointment (date and time). They set the appointment. Hours before, on the day of the installation I got an email for a reschedule with new date and time. I went through this 3 times before they just flat out cancelled the appointment. I was told in the email that Walmart would refund the money I paid for the service. It’s been a week and guess who is still waiting for a refund. And now still left figuring out how to get my brand new mount and tv up on the wall. I’m disabled and we have concrete walls. Would not suggest using/paying for Angi services.

Mounting service? Not worth it.

Purchased TV and mount installation on July 1.  TV is still in the box. Angi has now rescheduled installation 5 times after confirming time %26 date for each rescheduled appointment. No idea if they'll show up as scheduled and confirmed on Saturday. When I contact them  via phone or online customer support, they don't  know if they'll have anyone available. Worst customer experience I've encountered in 74 years on earth. I'd give them a minus rating if that was possible.

I had used their installation service before it went well, but on this occasion, it did not the installer called a hour before they were supposed to mount the TV and was not able to come out for like the next three days. I canceled the install and waiting on a refund.

Not happy

He has not shown up to install I’ve took off work three days and still nothing, and can’t find where I can start to get a refund, I recommend finding your own and paying at installation

Services paid for but never received

The 1st red flag and nice enough guy, came to mount TV on wall with no stub finder. That is must! so he kept drilling multiple holes in walls and marking walls with scratches to find a place to hang. now I have to file a claim and had to hire a "professional" to do it right and have to hire a professional to fix the walls of brand new lux apartment.
