Good purchase and happy with our TV choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my 75" TCL in August of 2024, today I had a sound problem, I called TCL trouble line. I was assisted by Ran who took me through the process of getting my sound back on my TCL TV. She did a outstanding job, she knows her job very well and should be promoted to the next highest level of your company.
