[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Machine is amazing blows my last machine out the water (literally!) The clean is unmatched squeaky-clean dishes every time. I waited a few weeks so I could give a fair and honest review, and I must say I am impressed. I love all things smart, so this fits right into my smart home. I also have al Samsung devices and appliances its great seeing everything working on my phones Smart Things App. Its super quiet as well, which really helps in my open living space. and it holds all my dishes with ease as it has multiple load options. This is by far the best Dishwasher I have ever owned.

Great Machine

Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my samsung dishwasher. It's very quiet, user friendly, washes and dries dishes so well. Love the extra utensils shelf. Not having enough space in the utensils bucket has always been an issue with every dishwasher I have ever owned. The ability to move a rack higher or lower to accommodate taller dishes is a plus. Connecting to wifi was very easy through the app and the Jets clean dishes every time. I never have to rehash anything.

Overall excellence

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is a little smaller in the inside than my last dishwasher but it allows it to fill up faster and wash a full load of dishes quicker. There are a lot of easy to understand settings and you could use your phone to control it. It's been a great buy so far.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quietness of the dishwasher helps me sometimes forget it is there. The three rack systems makes it feel bigger than most. The top mounted touch controls are perfectly positioned. And lastly, it does its primary job, cleaning, extremely well. I have been very pleased.

A dishwasher that actually cleans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're huge fans of Samsung, and this dishwasher truly hits the mark. It delivers consistently clean results, operates at impressively low noise (you barely notice it running), and offers plenty of capacity for everyday loads. The drying performance is nearly squeaky-clean—everything comes out looking great and drying very well.

Overall, we've had no complaints at all. Just smooth, happy dishwashing every time.

Quiet, Spacious, and Seriously Impressive: Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent Dishwasher! I love the storm wash feature, that the upper rack is adjustable and that the door opens at the end of the cycle to help du more efficiently. I have it hooked up through smart things and can see where the wash cycle is at when not at home. Just wish there was a way to remote power it off. Build quality is excellent, interior is all stainless steel which is not something I have seen on other washers in the same price category. Overall great value for money.

Great features, good value for money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher everything comes clean never no worries plenty of room inside so easy to use. The WiFi setting to let me know when it's done is awesome. Can't say enough about how happy I am with this purchase

Hands down great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans everything, every time. Rack placement is a little different from previous dishwashers but overall I have been impressed with the cleaning power of this unit. Quiet and always comes dishes always come out dry. Capacity is great when you realize how things should go into the machine. Overall impressed with it.

Quick, Clean and Quiet

This dishwasher does not dry, doesn't have the capability of drying like the other glass face bespoke that I had previously. it opens to dry, so I have to dry my dishes after they're washed!
It completely confounds me how you have all this technology, but I still have to hand dry my dishes to put them away or let them sit for a couple days! Who in the world even thought that that was a good idea… OK so the stainless still doesn't get fingerprints what does that matter when I'm too busy drying my dishes all the time I barely see the front, cause I have to keep my dishwasher open. Just absolutely ridiculous. I loved the one I had previously but unfortunately after just a year of buying the bespoke glass front for 700+ dollars it just stopped working. This is completely disheartening in every way.

Don't purchase

Dishwasher seems okay, but terrible installation service. First the installer asked me where the water line goes. Then installed the machine with the front sticking out and not stable. When I confronted, he tried to tell me that it needs to be like this because the machine locks during operation and I will not be able to turn off. I have never heard such thing so we tested at this was not correct of course, you can just open the door and it stops. He kept saying this is the best he can do, my cabinet is wrong, the installation kit is not enough, etc. so I said I will fix it myself and he left. Upon inspection, it turned out he put the screw in the wrong hole of the braces so he was not able to push the dishwasher back. He also snapped off the head of the first screw and put another one right next to it. He used some old screws I left on the countertop. Caused some damage to the cabinet too and told me I should go to HD to buy putty... The worst part: as I did not trust him at this point, I checked the electrical connection and turns out he installed the power cable without the connector so it was already sticking out of the box and could have disconnected. This is a shock hazard and a serious violation! I reported this to the company but they only offered a call back. Letting amateurs install appliances is a crime. He also took the connector and the rest of the screws so I have to somehow remove the snapped off screw and go buy a cable connector. I told the person on the phone to bring these back to me ASAP but he just said he will try to get in touch with the local facility and they will not pay for it if I buy one. I usually do installations myself but this time I had a lot on my mind so I thought once I paid for it, why not save some time and work. Now I know, thanks! Please, change delivery service before you kill someone.
