Smart Fridge

Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are in love with our new Samsung fridge! I love the capacity of groceries that can fit in all compartments, the responsiveness of the touch screen, the temperature on both freezer and refrigerator sections are excellent, and the accessibility of the self open door option is a plus! Overall we are very happy with our purchase!

Best Refrigerator for our Family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been the perfect finishing piece to our kitchen remodel. My family loves the flex drawer and the fact that snacks beverages and fruits are easily accessible and out of hands reach . The family hub Has been the biggest hit so far everyone enjoys the The whiteboard And the media. I love the meal planner and calendar features of the family hub

Great Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product I love the fact that it reviews what I'm used to in my schedule and then adjust accordingly I love the fact that it create a list for my weekly shopping Makes my Life A little easier

Making life a little sweeter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Samsung Bespoke AI 4-Door Refrigerator, and overall I'm very impressed with it. The refrigerator looks absolutely beautiful and gives the kitchen a very modern, high-end feel. The amount of storage is excellent, and the four-door design makes it much easier to organize and access everything.

My favorite features are the Beverage Center with the AutoFill pitcher, the dual ice maker, the FlexZone, and the large AI Family Hub screen. The ability to connect the refrigerator to SmartThings and monitor or control certain functions from my phone is also very convenient.

The AI Vision feature is an interesting addition and can be helpful for keeping track of groceries, although it does take some time to get used to and isn't perfect at recognizing every item.

The Beverage Center and automatic features are especially convenient for everyday use. I also love the sleek Bespoke design—it feels much more premium than a traditional refrigerator.

There are a lot of features to explore, so the refrigerator has a bit of a learning curve. I would also recommend taking the time to set up SmartThings and all the connected features properly to get the full benefit of the refrigerator.

Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. It combines a beautiful design, excellent storage, smart-home connectivity, and some genuinely useful features. It's definitely more than just a refrigerator—it has become a very functional part of our kitchen.

Samsung Ai bespoke refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this refrigerator. Few of my favorite features are as follows:
1. water bottle which is always filled for you to pour cold water without holding,
2. Touch buttons to self open the doors
3. Giant screen which shows your calendar and ring cameras
4. Separate section for ice cubes which make two types of ice cubes
5. aI feature to scan what is added and removed

Love this bespoke model!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator. The spacious interior, the water dispenser, the fuel ice maker and the middle drawer that can be freezer or deli. It’s beautiful inside and out. I’m not too techie but I am learning how to use the apps and I love that I can listen to music or watch the news while in the kitchen. It is easy to reach anything I have in the fridge or freezer. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for a new one.

Everything about this refrigerator is great

The Ice maker had some issues when we first got it, we hope that has been resolved now, although there is still a strange frost all over the ice maker tray- almost as if air is getting inside. I love the size of the refrigerator, but the fingerprints are horrible ! The water pitcher is a winner- can't liv without that again, great feature. The screen is a bit much, I was star struck in the store by all the tech but now that it's here, it's all very clunky and unnecessary. The Alexa interferes with every Alexa in my house The memo pad function only works half the time. I wish I had gotten this fridge without the screen.

It's not as great as I had hoped- but it's good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator looks beautiful in the kitchen especially with the ability to change the panels to match our decor. The interior camera feature is great but it would be nice if it would auto rotate the images so you did not have to orient the package to avoid upside down photos. The Voice opening feature is great but a little slow.

Beautiful and great tech features

I equipped my entire kitchen with Samsung Bespoke product, purchasing a new Samsung Refrigerator ( >$3200), Stove, Dishwasher and Microwave direct from Samsung. I went direct thinking that customer service and all the other aspects of quality would be met. However, after a little over two years (just after the warranty period) my dishwasher (bespoke) stopped working.

I contacted Samsung Service and the responsiveness has been horrible. We spoke about the warranty and even purchasing a new one and never got a call back. I'd like this email sent to senior leadership at Samsung as I look for a remedy. My kitchen is now equipped with a boat anchor and the label on that anchor is Samsung. My junk Maytag lasted longer and if this is not remedied I will let every rating service know NOT to purchase Samsung, especially direct.

If I sound upset, I am. I call service and never hear back. I call the warranty group and all they care about is maximizing profit by charging me >$300 for a 1-yr warranty and then call me back.
