Perfect Refrigerator!

Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looks great in our small space. This Samsung was one of the only fridges (that we haven't already had) that we were able to get to fit. Very sleek and well lit. It is a welcome change change from the typical stainless steel. Shelves seem study and the ice produces well. The sensors on the doors are helpful. No meat crisper and the internal water dispenser takes some getting used to but not a big deal for us given our situation and the cost. Hope to have this one for many years to come.

Gorgeous, and better than expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fridge, the ice comes in two different sizes and fills rather quickly. There is a built in water dispenser that fills up automatically. The filter is easily replaced. The automation on the doors is something from the jetsons

Bespoke fridge is pretty cool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. Very sleek and modern exterior. Interior has a lot of space, seems large for 23 cf. well lit. Only possible issue, need to turn off the water to change the filter. That means having to move the fridge.

Good Looking Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is the perfect Fridge I needed. It has all the amenities that I need and Is the exact size I need, and wanted. I am very satisfied with my purchase, especially getting to know the screen use more

Everything I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge that gets all the basics right. We've been very happy with this Samsung refrigerator. It looks modern in the kitchen, runs quietly, and keeps everything consistently cool. The storage layout is intuitive and spacious enough for all our groceries. Highly recommend!

Recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a blast with the fridge it's good for you it doesn't leak or a did you consistency of the fridge is awesome Christian is better than normal is awesome how much is what we need very accessible information accessible had a lot of ergonomy to the had a lot of ergonomics to the practical filtration is safer than most and the Christian stays the Christian stays crisperer than any

Awesome cooling

Glaiza

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water pitcher is inside, that's not a big issue. But the water dispensing button is inside, which makes us open the door until dispensing is complete. Also, the filtration efficiency can be improved and accommodate an RO filter, making it a best refrigerator

Good refrigerator with a few flaws

We bought this refrigerator just 2 months ago at Best Buy. For the first couple of weeks, it worked great. Then the left-hand freezer door began popping open a fraction of an inch EVERY SINGLE TIME we closed the refrigerator door. It's hard to tell when this happens since the gap is small. BUT. Within hours, the freezer will have lost temperature, and everything will be covered in frost. Whatever is in the freezer will defrost. The Samsung technicians who came out said a couple of things. One was that the refrigerator was "within spec", meaning they would not/could not fix it. The tech also told us that this is such a common complaint for Samsung refrigerators that Samsung simply stopped trying to fix it. Think about that. NOBODY would buy this refrigerator if they were aware it would do this and Samsung would not fix it. The problem is pretty obvious. The mechanism that self-closes the freezer door is very weak, and the magnet that holds it in place once you push it close is also too weak. These should be fixable problems. But apparently not by Samsung.

Do NOT buy. Serious flaw that Samsung ignores

Ricardo

Got this fridge 2 1/2 years ago. The fridge does not last, plain and simple, error code 23C and a bunch of cascading errors after this. We had a repairman come in to replace the condenser and a couple more parts. Great its working again, but only for about 3 weeks until it fails again. The reservoir that cools the water before dispensing it cracked because of ice build up we were unaware of. Now we are getting 23c error code again. How is your product so fragile? The cost of parts to replace are almost as much as a new fridge. How is this possible when your parts are so cheap? Cannot recommend ever buying Samsung again because of this.

A Giant Brick - Do not Buy!
