Upgrade From Older Model

We purchased this microwave as part of a full kitchen reset. First off, the microwave has a very nice look and no protruding handles or knobs. We also use the AI features and i can monitor the use of the microwave and we are getting better with the self cook and analyzing feature of the microwave. Overall. A very good purchase and we are happy with the Overall operation of the microwave.

Great Purchase

Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I was just buying this microwave to match my Samsung Stove and Refrigerator not really carrying how it operated. But to my delight I love everything about it. It looks beautifully, It is quite and easy to use. I just started using the specialty buttons and so far, everything has come out perfectly cooked. It heats up things so nicely much better than my last microwave. The bonus is it matches my stove and my refrigerator!

Love my Samsung microwave!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this microwave for 10 months now and it is still working perfectly. The large capacity is incredibly convenient, and the interior is very easy to clean up after use One of my favorite features is the exhaust fan-I love that the exhaust sound automatically lowers down while the microwave is actively running It is a well designed reliable appliance that I highly recommend

Great capacity and smart exhaust feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to clean, both inside and out. Has very strong fan. I like the LED light settings I use the low setting for a nightlight for the kitchen. I also like the flat panel look and the controls on the bottom.

Great Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave looks great with the matching stove. Will say that the white glass is a hit with all guests. The microwave is huge inside and does heat very well and the vent works great. The led light below is much brighter than the previous one as well.

Looks great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the capacity on this microwave. It is easy to use and looks very clean and neat. The connectivity is a great feature. I like that it lets me know when someone is using the microwave and when food is done. The display is great. The heating is quick and even. The ventilation works really well. Overall, this is a wonderful microwave.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave came packaged very well with ample carboard and blocking to protect the entire unit. The installation was fairly straightforward, especially since I was just swapping out the unit that was previously in the same space. The buttons function as they should and the most importantly to me is that the door appears to be very solid. The previous unit (different brand) had a flimsy door and when it flexed, had managed to catch the shroud above door. The replacement piece made it cost prohibitive vs buying a new unit, which is why we chose the Samsung 2.1 cu. ft. microwave. So far we have been very happy with unit heating and venting capabilities. The unit is clean in appearance and easy to maintain with a damp cloth. The door opens from a recess on the bottom which helps minimize fingerprints.

General overview of the 2.1 cu ft. microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had nothing but outstanding results with this microwave. Very easy to use and understand the buttons. Heats perfectly without any issue. The ventilation is fine and vents to the outside. No issues with the connectivity and hookup whatsoever. It fit into the space over my range without having to make any adjustments. It's a large capacity, more than my husband and I need. The display works as it should and we are old and have no problem reading it. I am totally satisfied with this microwave and have never had any issues with any Samsung appliance or devices that I have owned in the past and own now. I also have Samsung Care+ as a bonus when I purchased this and the range.

Totally satisfied with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung microwave is amazing. It has a very large capacity to hold large plates it does a very good job is heating food evenly. The Wi-Fi connection is s great touch to be able to monitor the timer from the smartthings app. The large display makes it very easy to see the timer and use various settings. The device ventilation also works very well

Great microwave

Geraldine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking. Easy to install. Does a great job of cooking and there are a wide range of options.

Now, the bad part. The Edge to Edge door, mostly glass. It's massive with the hinges on the far left side and the door extends the entire range of the microwave. That's a lot of weight on the two hinges. And indeed, after about 2 months, we noticed a scraping sound when we opened or closed the door. It got worse as time has gone on. The weight of the door is too much for the hinges. It sags. It concerns me that if sagging down, it might be leaking microwaves from a gap in the top

Great looking with one big problem

Glaiza

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed. It does have a large capacity. Door opening is awkward. It is difficult to learn to operate. Display is dark and hard to read. It needs an instruction manual that doesn't have to be downloaded. Only a few items are listed for reheat, sensor etc. I ordered it and had it installed before I refluxed it does not have a delay start which was my main reason for ordering this model. I wish I had just tried to have my old one fixed. Not nearly as user friendly as that one. Feel like it tried to force you to use it via SmartThings which is a big turn off for me. Won't buy this brand again.

Disappointed!
