[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has worked out well for me as I haven't experienced any issues since I bought it a couple years ago. It does the job in terms of dryness efficiency and overall consistency with its capacity to handle loads. I highly recommend for its precision in that I never really have to do loads over again a second time.

Worked Out Well For Me...

Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it's amazing has never let me down I recommend it to everyone if you don't have this you don't have anything

The new way to wash and dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very spacious, where as I can put aloe mm of clothes in also its quiet not liud like your regular washer or dryer also its clean and consistently very efficient also its precise in cleaning

Great features and many details

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owning a Samsung electric dryer in white feels a bit like upgrading from a flip phone to a smartphone—suddenly, laundry isn't just a chore, it's a system that actually works with you.
First off, the capacity is a standout. At around 7.5 cubic feet, this thing swallows comforters, bulky towels, and week-old laundry piles without blinking. Instead of doing three smaller loads, you can often knock it out in one. That alone makes it feel like you've stolen time back from your day.
The real magic, though, is the Sensor Dry technology. Instead of running on a fixed timer like older dryers (and either leaving clothes damp or baking them into crispy regret), it detects moisture and adjusts automatically. Clothes come out consistently dry but not overcooked—meaning less shrinkage and less wear over time.
Performance-wise, it's strong and reliable. Drying cycles are generally fast and even, especially for everyday loads. Heavier items like blankets might need a bit of rearranging midway, but that's pretty standard across most dryers.
Now let's talk design. The white finish is clean, modern, and low-key classy—it doesn't scream for attention, but it quietly makes your laundry space feel more put-together. The control panel is simple and intuitive, not one of those confusing spaceship dashboards. You don't need a manual every time you want to dry jeans.
There are also a few thoughtful extras:
Interior drum light so socks don't vanish into the void
Lint filter indicator so you don't forget maintenance
Smart Care diagnostics, which helps troubleshoot issues from your phone instead of guessing
That said, it's not perfect. If you're expecting whisper-quiet operation, this isn't it. It's not loud, but you'll hear it humming along. Also, while the smart features are nice, they're not essential—some people may never use them.
👍 What people love
Large capacity = fewer loads
Reliable drying without overheating clothes
Simple controls that don't overcomplicate things
Good balance of price vs. features
👎 What could be better
Slight noise during operation
Smart features feel optional rather than game-changing
Bulky items sometimes need repositioning
🧺 Final Verdict
This Samsung white electric dryer is like the dependable friend who shows up on time, does the job right, and doesn't make a fuss about it. It's not flashy, but it's efficient, practical, and consistently solid.
If you want something that:
handles big loads
protects your clothes
and doesn't require a learning curve
…it's a very safe, very satisfying choice.

Best as can be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Samsung 7.5 cu. ft. washer and dryer set for a few weeks now, and I'm honestly impressed. Both machines are quiet, powerful, and super easy to use. The washer gets clothes extra clean with minimal detergent, and the spin cycle pulls out so much water that drying time is cut in half. The dryer has plenty of space — I can dry large comforters and bedding with no problem, and everything comes out soft and evenly dried every time.

The digital display and preset cycles make it simple to choose what I need without guessing, and I love the modern look — it really gives my laundry area an upgrade. Another plus is how energy-efficient both units are. I've already noticed a difference in how quickly I can get through laundry days.

If you're looking for a reliable, quiet, and high-performing set, this Samsung combo is worth every penny. It's built to last and looks great doing it!

Worth every penny !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot how big this dryer is. It holds a lot more clothes then my old Fisher & Patkel. Love it. Love my Samsungs!! Only thing I don't like is the door sticking out and not flat with the dryer. I can't close my doors on the laundry space. Only thing I don't like.

So roomy ..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this particular dryer is actually very good families 10 settings I don't even use all 10 I use the bulky and the delegates kids so we put it through the wringer it just keeps on fighting I am impressed saves money does great job getting the clothes dry without overheating I don't really use the steam option that much but it is very I would recommend it 100% for any families

Very family focused and tough to boot!

Ordered on 9/6. Unit was delivered on 9/14, but the delivery provider, RXO, claimed they weren't supposed to install anything (despite that being included in the purchase with Sam's), so they didn't bring any of the necessary accessories. Said we'd need to reschedule. Dryer was left in my garage.

Got a call that night to schedule installation. Was told they only did that on Mondays every two weeks. So we schedule for two weeks later.

They showed up yesterday, 9/28, to install the dryer. They again did not bring a cord or vent. Honestly, I'm surprised they had their own tools. Had to quickly buy both items so they would actually provide the service they'd driven out twice to perform. So my "free installation" ended up costing an additional $48 along with waiting three weeks.

Dealing with RXO was a great example of dealing with incompetency. I wouldn't call or "weaponized stupidity" only because I don't think they're smart enough to be malicious. Just good old fashioned incompetence. Enough that I would encourage people to just shop elsewhere to [hopefully] avoid dealing with them.

Sam's chosen shipping provider, RXO, is terrible

Glaiza

I've had this dryer for a year and a half and the heating element has gone bad. Not good quality from where I'm sitting. The diagnostic app said d there is nothing wrong with it but it's not heating up so clearly that's wrong.

Heating element gone bad after 1.5 yrs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Put in a load to dry after the 3rd time of using it we gave up clothes would still come out damp. Also Everytime I would start the washer it would start at 49 minutes and few seconds later as I walked away the dryer would say it finish drying. Called in to get a replacement and now we waiting for a new one hopefully this one works
