I absolutely love my new Samsung gas stove and  oven.  The stovetop has a griddle which heats evenly and is great for making a big family breakfast!  It’s easy to clean, which is super important to me.  Oh, it has a self cleaning oven, too.   This Samsung oven has an air fryer component, convection oven capability, broiler, and a sourdough bread proofing setting.  It also has Bluetooth that alerts me to when preheating is complete and when the burners are being turned on ( a great option to have with little ones or even an elderly family member who may be forgetful).  The controls are easy to use, the oven heats quickly and burners work great.  I love my new Samsung  oven!  Oh, I love the broiler, too!  I’m so glad that we chose Samsung.

I like the very small top burner, a very good fit for smaller pots. Also like that I can remove the grill in the center and there is a grate under it for when we are using an extra large pan on one of the burners. The oven also is wonderful with the air fryer feature having a good effect on our chicken. Just plain a very good range.

A stove itself Were range as it's called looks very very good it seems to function Extremely well. Of course the real test this time It's only been here three weeks. There are many features and we're still learning everything about it The BTU output is very welcome As it makes water boil more quickly and so far we haven't found Anything that's lacking

We replaced a 13 year old version of this range with this one today.  Overall, it is great, BUT for some reason the time clock will not display consistently.  The whole display goes blank when not in use.  You have to physically touch the clock icon on the control panel to see the time.  This is not mentioned in the manual, but my husband found other people complaining about the same thing. Supposedly, it's some kind of energy saver. Ha! We use this as a clock in the kitchen and I can't imagine it takes that much energy to run a clock.  

I guess it was a trade off that the oven light actually stays on when you open and close the door to check on a dish in the oven.  We had to physically turn the oven light back on every time we opened and closed the door on our older version.

Also, be sure you check all of the recommended settings for preheating and cooking on the griddle before using it and keep a pot holder handy because it may move around when you use a spatula to turn over something like a grilled cheese sandwich. The manual actually has a warning about this.

Seriously?? The Time does not display consistently

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model to replace an older Samsung that was similar but had a warming drawer. The first model we received we had to immediately send back because it made a buzzing sound behind the controls.  This happened shortly after using it and then early the next day.  The replacement unit has not had any issues.

I tried to adjust the settings of the range from the mobile app but it is pretty limited.  The one item I wanted to see on the app is the ability to change the volume of the notifications on the range.  That is not possible.

Sometimes second is better than first

AVOID SAMSUNG APPLIANCES! Both of the dual burners on my model can only go on max heat, issue happened to both at the exact same time. Infinity switches are very expensive and I can't even tell if it's a control board issue or a switch issue and have to gamble a lot of money to find out. Getting it serviced will cost almost as much as the range itself (and potentially more if more parts end up breaking). It's clear this model was made with planned obsolescence in mind.

This oven does not keep an accurate temperature. It says the set temperature on the control but raise it 5degrees and when it kicks in to start raising it 5 degrees it says it’s actually way off by 50-75 degrees. Recently it has started to warm up so slowly it’s unbelievable. I discovered the using the convection bake for pre heating helps get to the supposed temperature faster, then you switch it over to regular bake.  One piece of the metal grate on the top stove part just fell off. I might’ve understood if it was on the side we use the most often, or if something had been dropped on it or bent it, but nothing. It just broke off. Super disappointed because we haven’t ever purchased a new range this nice and now we got a POSamsung if you get my drift.

Bought 2 weeks ago, and very unhappy and upset with the  quality of the stove....dont even cook anymore, this marks, spots, baked in dots, impossible to clean, every time I have to use this special liquid...it is crazy! Had for 11 years Samsung  stove, no problem at all, still good had to give it to someone, thats why bought the same brand, but it a way much worse ...i called Samsung, I called Brick, they just ignore me

From day one had problems. The middle burner never stopped without a lighter, even after they sent someone to fix it. One of the knobs broke off after one year. The stove finally gave up after two years, even after I spent 500 dollars on the parts they said to replace. The extended warranty company won't fix my other appliance and wants me to spend $400 to have a technician come to my house, then might refund the cost. I used to buy only Samsung, but they have gone downhill. Look for another brand, and maybe when they focus on quality, I might go back.

Poor quality.

Dont do it! This stove is a fire hazard. you can have the burner on the lowest setting possible and its boiling over. There is no regulation of stovetop temp. it is just very high! The oven doesnt maintain temp very well either, usually alot lower than you set it at. The first one  i got had to be sent back because smoke was rolling out of the unit when i plugged it in and turned the oven on as it says to do for a rest. It wasnt coming out of thr oven. It was coming out of the back of the unit. It took Samsung many months to call me to let me know someone was coming to take a look. i had already brought it back to the store and got a new one.
