[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks and works great! I like the space and ease to work with it. One feature I didn't get was a lighted menu. It would be easier to see the display without turning the entire kitchen light.

Microwave

Samsung US

One of the most useful equipment in my kitchen, its capacity and heating per volume is spectacular. Additionally, You can see how is it performing on your phone, control ligths on-off , ventilation on-off and see it on other digital devices such as TV or tablets linked to it because of its WI-FI feature using Smarthings app, it is amazing. Operationaly, it is very easy to control all options using a touch sensitive front control and its pull and press door make you feel like a vintage device. Last but not least, it has an extraordinary looking on any kitchen with a very bright black glass using its non fingerprint technology painteted in matte black on the sides

Most incredible Over the range Microwave ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. Food and beverages are piping hot! I especially like the smart thing feature that lets me know on my phone when the food is done cooking. I don't always hear the microwave if I'm not near it.

Smart Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love our new microwave. It's beautiful and works great. Easy to use touch panel. Very large inside. It's a very nice addition to our new Samsung range and looks pretty in our new kitchen remodel.

Beautiful Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Microwave is a game changer!. There are so many cooking options to choose from. including the ventilation speed right down to the light feature.
We love it's generous size too. It's a real beauty and looks great over our Samsung range!

Wow Wow Wow

this is my 2nd unit, I originally had purchased the BESPOKE edition but there was hardware issues with it and was replaced with this one. I have had it for 2 months now and is working fine, The matte black look seems better to us overall, less fingerprints are noticeable than the all glass look. function wise they are the same. Overall hope this one stands the test of time.

Replacement for the BEspoke version Happy Tradeoff

There was a grinding noise after installation. I contacted Samsung who opened a repair ticket but the vendor assigned said I’d need to uninstall the microwave to have it serviced for “liability reasons”. It was just installed the same day. I contacted the installer who referred me to Sam’s Club who referred me back to Samsung. Sorry but my patience is exhausted for a brand new appliance. I’d rather return it.

Grinding Noise - VERY Loud

Glaiza

Randomly turns on fan and beeps. Can't even keep time. I assumed Samsung microwaves were quality and even paid a couple hundred more than I would have with other brand names. Big disappointment.

Awful

Jeffrey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the microwave and worked well for a while. Went to reheat dinner and heard a loud sizzle and my kitchen filled with smoked. It is now sitting in the front lawn. There was no metal in the microwave and the meal was still ice cold. Not sure why this happened as it only ran for 40 seconds.

Disappointed

Bought a Samsung over-the-range microwave from Sam's Club because the listing clearly advertised delivery, basic installation, and haul-away included. That is not what we got.

Sam's Club's system marked the order delivered on September 8. No one came that day. I had to call the delivery company multiple times just to get a real appointment. The microwave finally arrived September 11 around 7:50 p.m.
The crew dropped the unit, refused to install it, refused to haul away the old microwave, and left quickly. That is not “basic installation and haul-away included.”

Problems in short:
* False “delivered” date on September 8
* Customer had to chase the carrier to schedule
* Evening drop-off with no install. No haul-away of the old unit
* Extra out-of-pocket cost for a contractor to finish what Sam's Club advertised as included

Basic installation and haul-away never happen
