Member's Mark Salal Evergreen Floral Bouquet Tips, Choose quantity

Member's Mark™ Salal, also called "lemonleaf," is the most popular green filler utilized by florists for creating nice, full floral arrangements. Each stem has multiple leaves that are thick, glossy, finely toothed, lemon shaped and about 2-4 inches in length. Salal has a long lasting vase life of 7 plus days. Please read Order Cancellation, Warranty and Delivery Information policies. Delivery dates and prices fluctuate with seasonal availability and demand.
Pro Tips & Tricks: How to Make Your Flowers Last Longer
Before your flowers ship, they are prepared for their journey with proper hydration methods. If your flowers appear sleepy and thirsty after their journey, this is absolutely normal! Just follow these simple steps for proper rehydration and watch them bloom to their fullest potential.

Unpack your flowers immediately upon arrival.

Fill a clean container/vase with fresh, cool water.

Using sharp scissors or garden shears, make a 45-degree angle cut at least 1-2 inches off the end of the stems.

Place the flowers in the prepared container or vase. Arrange as desired.

Allow your flowers to properly hydrate for 1-2 hours.

Remove any foliage that falls below the waterline of your container. Leaves will rot and cause bacteria to form and shorten the flower's life.

Re-cut the stems and refresh the flower food and water every two days.

Do not place flowers in direct sunlight or near fruits, heat and drafts.

Remove wilting flowers at any time to prevent bacterial growth.

Check out our Floral Care Guide for seasonal stems and other floral beauties.

Appearance

We chose these greens to add to the centerpiece decorations for my daughter's wedding reception. Salal Everggreens are unique (not your typical fern or eucalyptus) and added a classy, lovely touch tucked around candle arrangements. We bought the 25 bunch for use on 13 tables and we had PLENTY! I think we only used half of the box...but even at that this was cheaper than anything else we looked at, artificial or real, store or on-line. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend buying greens from Sam's Club and specifically recommend this beautiful variety.

Beautiful Greens for an Amazing Price!

I ordered the salal so i can make garlands for the wedding center pieces. The salal came on Thu, i made the garland (salal and eucalyptus) on Friday and kept them in the fridge. They looked great on the day of the wedding, which is on Sun. Price is very reasonable!

great price

There was about 18 pieces per bunch. They were very full and they worked well in our wedding centerpieces they arrived on time and it looks like the order was shipped from California to Ohio and they were fresh. I just added a pack of fresh life flour preservative, which I had to order elsewhere it did not come included. They also arrived on the date, promised I had them come on Thursday for a Saturday wedding and they were wonderful

Beautifully green

I bought these to use as greenery in arrangements. They worked well and looked great even after three weeks.

Works well in arrangements

We bought this for my daughters wedding to make wreaths for the centerpieces. All the greenery came to us fresh and looking really good!

Really nice! Great quality!

Added a lovely touch to our tables at rehearsal dinner. Great price and TONS of greenery.

BEAUTIFUL!!

These arrived fresh and in excellent condition! Used them to great garlands for wedding centerpieces.

Salal

Couldn't have been happier with the Salal for my wedding reception. It arrived on time and in great condition. I would recommend over and over again!

Excellent for DIY Wedding Reception Decorations

First of all, this is the best deal in the floral department! It is a huge amount of fresh greenery. Salal is user friendly and hardy. I used it for “greening” oasis in all of our wedding arrangements. I also made wreaths that weren’t in my original plans and I still had leftovers. I can’t stress enough how much faster, easier, and richer looking it made our designs.
I would love to see it available in smaller amounts for more regular use.

Best purchase I made!

I bought 25 bunches of this salal a couple of weeks ago to do a clients wedding, and it came full of dirt. I had to spend a few hours just cleaning it up before I could use it and even then they still had dirt on them as I was designing the centerpieces. I had to continue to clean them as I went along which was very time consuming. This is a great deal, but I hope the condition they came in was some sort of a fluke. I had them delivered on Nov 18th 2018 and they are still alive in the buckets, so the quality is good, so I would take the chance again just in case this was a one time deal. I just don't want to have to wash my florals or greenery upon arrival.

This Salal came covered in dirt

Very very short bunches.
Would be great if they were a little longer
