Member's Mark Adjustable Base

Instructions

The Member's Mark™ Adjustable Base is a head-and-foot articulating foundation that adds customizable comfort at the touch of a button for sleeping, relaxing, and everyday lounging.

Wireless Position Control with Presets and Memory

The included wireless remote makes it easy to move the head and foot up or down and return to favorite settings quickly. One-touch buttons include zero gravity, anti-snore, and flat, plus two programmable memory positions labeled “I” and “II.” Twin XL and Queen sizes include one remote, while Split King and Cal King Split include two remotes, and batteries are included.

Zero gravity preset: Raises the feet above the heart to increase circulation and relieve pressure from the lower back.

Anti-snore preset: Slightly elevates the head to reduce constriction on the airways compared with lying flat; a helpful position to use for congestion or heartburn.

Memory positions I and II: Save two custom positions for quick one-touch access.

Programming a memory button is simple: adjust the base to the desired position, then press and hold a memory button for 5 seconds to save it.

Stays Secure, Built for Strength

This sleek base is upholstered in an all-black material and helps keep your mattress in place as you change positions. A nonskid deck and a mattress retainer bar work together to reduce shifting. Under the upholstery, reinforced steel components add strength and durability, and the base supports a 750-lb. lifting weight capacity.

Fit and Setup Made Simple

The adjustable base fits within most bed frames and is sized to fit within standard-sized frames that have clearance at the head and foot when the base is articulated. Setup is straightforward with no tools required: screw in the six legs, connect the power cable, and you’re ready to operate. The six legs include adjustable height segments that screw on and off, helping you set a height that sits flush within an existing bed frame. Assembly takes no more than 10 minutes.

Split Options and Sync Cable Flexibility

For split setups, sync cables allow functionality on independent sides, a companion side, or both sides. Sync cables are required for synchronized movements with solid King and Cal King mattresses, so both sides can move together when needed.

Emergency Backup Power

An included backup battery box provides emergency backup capability, giving added peace of mind if you need to operate the base during a power outage.

Quick Specs to Know

Available sizes: Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, Split King, and Split California King.

Articulation: Head and foot up-and-down adjustable positions.

Preset positions: Anti-snore, zero gravity, and flat.

Memory: 2 programmable memory settings (I and II).

Stability features: Nonskid deck and mattress foot retainer bar.

Construction: Reinforced steel components with all-black upholstery.

Weight capacity: 750 lbs. lifting capacity.

Legs: 6 legs with adjustable heights.

Certification: UL Tested.

Shipping: Ground shipped with an average delivery of 5–7 business days.

Member’s Mark Made Without Commitment™

This item meets our Member’s Mark Made Without Commitment™: Our Member’s Mark Made Without Commitment makes it easier to know what is not in our products, so members can feel better about what is. Better deal way better sleep

A gift for my mom’s 93rd birthday. 100% success

Loving this bed frame. I’ve only had it a week, so hoping it lasts along time. I love going to bed early and watching TV in comfort. The fed exkid slid it in my door and yes it is heavy. But I’m 67 and was able to slide it across the floor into the bedroom myself. Once I got it open. You just screw the legs in and flip it over and plug it in. Couldn’t be much easier. Yes I did it myself. Of course if you have stairs, you will need help. The legs adjust for different heights but I left them at 12 inches, so even with the mechanics underneath, I could still slide those low storage boxes under. Can’t believe I took so long to get this. ❤️

Super easy install.

I am very satisfied with the functionality of this bed, it was very easy to assemble, basically four legs to screw in and plug in the power pack. It has made a big difference in my overall sleep and comfort because I’ve eliminated the need for numerous pillows to elevate myself and can easily adjust the height for comfort. It’s relatively quiet as it moves.

Great value

Obviously the quality is not to the same standards as the big brands, but this is an acceptable substitute for the price. I love my Serta adjustable bed that I bought 6 years ago, but it was too big and bulky to move to my second, temporary residence, and initially I considered purchasing a second Serta but couldn't figure out what I'd do with it in 2 or 3 years when I will move back to my permanent residence. This fit the bill, as I could have it shipped to it's final destination and I could set it up myself using a mattress (also from Sam's) that I already own. Word of warning though- make sure you have outlet for plug that isn't near the bed. When I plugged my bed I to the outlet, I didn't realize how close it was to the mattress and after using the bed a few nights, it stopped working because the movement has unplugged it and when I went to plug it back in, the plug was seriously bent. I had to make other arrangements to plug the bed in so it isn anywhere near the bed.

Acceptable for the orice

Does what it say it does.
1. It is quite heavy and take 2 people to move to 2nd floor.
2. Some legs segments are hard to separate. we were not able to separate one of them and left that as is.
3. The "bottom" of the 6 leg segment that touches the floor are NOT flat. It is slightly rounded and will create a pressure point on hardwood floor. So, if you have hard wood floor, you'll need to have pads/something soft to spread the weight to prevent it making a depression into wood floor. That might have worked well for carpet but that part is not good for hard wood floor. I'd rather they provided a "flat" bottom.
4. Not much installation instruction but the actual installation was quite easy. Just open it up and put the legs in. connect power and you're good. One of the part (the metal frame at the end of the bed that prevents the mattress from slipping off) cannot be removed from the location tied on the base for delivery until I flip the bed up and use the power/motor to raise the "leg" segment.
5. It also included a "battery" container/carrier that allows you to operate the bed when you have a power outage but it is not an active backup. To use it, you'll need to disconnect the power supply and connect the battery container. I did not test its functionality and am not sure how long a few small battery will last driving those motors.
6. The box arrive quite beat up. I was a bit concern about the content but the base was not damaged.

Good for the price.

Bad delivery

I purchase 2 King adjustable bed bases. As I was installing the legs, which consists of turning the lead screw into the base of bed frame, it would not go all the way for at least one or more of the holes. This causes the bed base to floor to be uneven and the base wobbles. Whoever drilled the holes in the frame whether by machine or by hand had a bad drill bit. The remote and lifting of the bed was great, but you can't help but notice and feel the wobble in the bed. Called Member Mark's Customer service and they plan to replace both. I am hoping the next batch frames are not defective.

King adjustable bed base

The bed works but was shipped all around California before leaving the state to get to Indiana. It took a long time and was obviously not handled carefully. The box had multiple holes and something stuck all the way through the box and punctured the bed. I can use the bed and it will be a nightmare to return so I will use it until it finally rips the base material and becomes worthless. If I had it to do over I woulda just loaded the box into the truck and drove it to Sam’s Club without even opening it. I mean I was so tore up it was obvious there would be damage to the bed. The delivery people obviously knew this as well as they never even bothered to knock on my door. I absolutely would have refused delivery.

Damaged in shipping.
