I've been living for the past 7 years with an all in one washer/dryer combo that was ventless and I can't believe I've been living a life like that. Loads were taking 3+ hours to complete. Luckily it finally gave out and I got the LG Washtower (VENTED) and it was the best decision I had ever made. My wife and I did 6 loads of laundry in a single day where as with the all in one ventless, that would not be possible ever. The Washtower has a huge capacity for both washer and dryer and the app that helps you keep track of maintenance is a Godsend. The machine also doesn't make much noise when in operation as my older one did. I highly recommend this machine to anyone in the market looking for a high quality machine.

It has many different cycles to cover all your washing/drying needs.  I especially like that it fits well in my very small laundry room, yet is able to handle large loads.  I really wanted something that could wash/dry my queen size comforter, even though I had limited space.

Be sure to use High Efficiency HE detergent.  Brochure is very well written and instructions easy to follow - I was worried about getting new machine that I wouldn’t be able to operate but no worries there.

Perfect in Every Way!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I love it. It is great how there are more choice on the type of load you are washing on the app and you can download it to the machine and it will run to match what you set.  The dryer will automatically set the drying cycle for the load of wash you just did. You can change it if you want.   Overall I am very happy with the tower.  Saves safe too!

Great customizable function

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were replacing a stacked Whirlpool Duet set that was 13 years old, and would no longer get clothes clean enough.
This new set, already made into a single washtower, is ideal for our smaller environment.
The controls for both units are in the middle, and easy to reach.
Cloths come out clean and fresh, the cycles times are much faster than before, both units perform quieter than the old units, and the notifications on our smart phones are easy to use.
The only issue we had was due to the HomeDepot installer putting the drain hose too far into the wall drain, which allowed waste water to syphon back into the wash tub when the washer was not used for a day or more.
A second tech was sent to remedy the installation, and all is well now!

Quiet, fast, smart!!

My last washer/dryer was 15 years old and it is amazing how technology has changed things for the better.  This Wash Tower is so much MORE EFFICIENT than my last washer/dryer.  I should have purchased sooner!

excellent capacity/compact size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our 1st purchase of a stackable washer/dryer.  We were surprised that when the delivery men unpacked the machines, they were already attached.  We love the ONE control panel for both machines.  Love the fact that both will "think" about what is inside and select the cycle to use.  If I had to say anything negative is that I can't seem to get the WiFi feature to work or find where on the control panel it lets me know when the laundry soap needs to be refilled.  But that's on me because I need to call Support.  We highly recommend this product.

A very superior product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit has the best features and for the first time ever I haven't had to rerun my loads to get them dry and have actually had to wait on wash loads to finish after the dryer loads were done. This unit has made me so happy.

If there were one thing I could change it would be to set the unit up to be operated remotely permanently and not each time it turns on. I would like to be able to set it up the night before then start it from work remotely. Otherwise this is an amazing unit and my clothes have been perfectly clean every time - even our camping gear came out cleaner. I'm so very impressed.
