Dryer works amazing, we use normal mode and very dry and takes no time to dry at all. Only complaint is that dryer sheets do tend to get stuck in the seam where the lint trap is located, could cause a fire potentially if you don’t check it

Despite seeing lots of lights and options it is quite easy to operate. From choosing your heat level to suiting the cycle to your laundry. That was appreciated and it dries clothes in a reasonable amount of time.

Simple to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer after the door on my 5-year-old dryer broke for the 2nd time.  Purchased LG based on reviews of their appliances and this time instead of a pull down door, I opted for one that opens left to right.  It has a large tumbler and I've used every cycle and am very pleased with it's performance

Overall it works well.  I wish the Warm setting was a  warmer as when I open the dryer to pull something out, it doesn't even feel warm

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase that I have made in my 60 years. The dryer did not function properly yawls repair people could not fix it and y'all decided to refund my money. I have been in contact with your presidential liaison team for the past three months, trying to get a refund check and everybody keeps passing the book and I have still not received my refund.

Purchased May 4th and delivery was supposed to occur on May 14th.  The delivery company couldn't deliver until May 21st. The delivery company canceled the order.  Sam's Club refused to issue a refund. Ridiculous!
