We bought this one to replace our 19 year old LG washer. Only used it 3 times but so far is much quieter and seems to have less vibration than our old one. I hope to get the same years out of this one.

So far quite happy.

The washer works great, as expected. Scheduling delivery was really annoying through a third-party provider who subcontracted to another courier.

Washer is great - home delivery was frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my LG washer and dryer for about a month now. It's amazing!! Washer cleans perfectly and functions perfectly! It's quiet, easy to select whatever type of washing you like for a particular load of clothes.
The dryer is also perfect! I can also select the specific needs of the load, and it's functions better than I could have wanted. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. 
Also, the use of it has NOT caused my electric or water bills to increase!!

When my 18 yr old washing machine broke, I was devastated. Until I realized what I was missing out on! This washer is great. I love the features, including the pre-sets, but mostly love how much more I can fit in 1 load! Not to mention it’s SO quiet! It’s been just about 2 months and I couldn’t be happier with this.

Great upgrade!

I bought this washer 2 weeks ago and I cannot tell you how dramatic the improvement is from our last machine. This is our first front loader and this a family of 5 we are constantly doing laundry. This thing can handle huge loads and all the clothes come out clean and fresh. Bedding and sheets too! I highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer doesn't have a light when you open the door.   Also the pedestals aren't high enough to hold large bottles of laundry soap. Softener or bleach. Also there is no top that goes across both machine so you can fold clothes on.

I wish i wouldn’t have bought this washing machine.  
I wish I would have done my homework better. 
It takes so long to wash anything. The cycles are ridiculous and for maintenance you have to drain water and clean filter after so many loads. You have to keep the door open and dry it out supposedly.  Just ridiculous.

Don’t like this washer

Do not order if you cant pick it up in the store.  The company they use to ship thesebhas an extremely limited delivery schedule and they wont commit to a time until the day before the scheduled delivery.  In my case i had to call them the day before and ask why they had not scheduled a time and they told they had to reschedule the delivery for the next week and still could not give me a time.  I then cancelled my order.
