Great features

I've had 2 in the past 5 years. They break down after a year, and some don't work at all. You're taking a chance, so be careful.

Not good

I bought the machine one year ago  used it for my husband‘s 50th birthday party machine work great however the following year this year went to use the machine and it doesn’t work I am having such a hard time getting a replacement or a refund from Sam’s club

Disappoint

I bought two of these a month ago.  One of them didn't work, brand new out of the box.  I've been attempting to return it for a solid month, and it appears its much harder to return a heavy item than it is to have one delivered.  They can't seem to coordinate with their vendors to get this taken care of, even though it was reported to be broken the day after it arrived.

50 - 50 Chance it works.

Absolutely terrible experience! I bought three machines for three different locations, and every single one stopped working in less than 9 months. I reached out to Sam's Club, but they refused to take any responsibility for selling such poor-quality products. I spent thousands of dollars and got nothing but junk in return. This brand is a total waste of money — I would never recommend it to anyone!

Poor Quality machines

Don't buy this.  Return is difficult because of heavy item and can't return past 90 days.  Manufacture unresponsive for repair
