I bought this new commercial grade steamer XL. It holds 3 L of water and is a very powerful steamer. I was getting tired of the handheld kind where you have to constantly refill the water after each use. This will save me time as I do steam clothes on a daily basis. Love it.

Works amazingly well!

SALAV True & Tidy

This is by far the best investment I have made for my home. My daughter has a severe dust mite allergy and her symptoms are nearly gone after using this product. I steam EVERYTHING. Plus, my clothes, curtains, and linens have never looked better. 5/5 stars!

Worth it!

Finally glad I got one of these. Tired of cheaply made products that I felt afraid to handle from their fragile build. Putting this together you KNOW it's gonna be great. Then trying it, even on it's lowest setting, left no more doubts. Fantastic product

Things can still be nice!

I love this steamer! I use it for all my dress shirts and trousers. I even use it for my suits. It gets all the wrinkles out. It’s a great steamer and I highly recommend for anyone who has to do a lot of shirts at a time. I typically do 7-8 shirts at a time and never have to stop what I am doing to refill it.

Perfect Steamer

I am very pleased with my True & Tidy steamer. It works very well and helps me save a lot of time, I can afford to steam several pieces at once. I have clothes that I have not worn in a long time because ironing can feel like such a tedious task. This steamer makes the process much easier and faster. I also like that I do not have to worry as much about burning my clothes if the iron is not set to the right temperature. Overall, this is a good product, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and convenient way to remove wrinkles from clothing.

ime-Saving and Easy-to-Use Clothing Steamer

I gave this title because we are a team of streamers who volunteer (yes, that means no pay whatsoever) at a thrift store called the Thrift Box.  All, and I do mean ALL of the proceeds of our store go to the Stanford Children's Hospital.  The majority of donations to the Box are Women's clothes followed closely by Men's then childrens.  Though they are usually clean they are also uber wrinkled.  Before presenting them for customer purchase, they NEED to be steamed. We had been working for years with a donated steamer that had huge problems.  One of the team members finally offered to buy a new one as much for her as for all of us.  She suffers from arthritis and is 92!!!  We who steam love the easy with which we can roll it, the speed at which it heats up, the ease of the filing of the ladder and the fact that it doesn't spit!  We all agree, we are happy steamers. But we have it, we love it and we're gonna keep it.  We're not giving it back!!!!

Helping the Helpers

I haven’t had this product long enough to really give it an honest review as far as how well it’s going to hold up, but as far as functionality goes, it does a good job. I like that the pole is telescopic so I don’t have to leave it extended all the time and I like the detachable brush feature. Time will tell, but so far I am pleased!

So far, so good

This is my first time using the Salav brand, but I've used steamers from other brands for a long time, and this is the first time I feel I have a product of such high quality. It's evident in all its finishes, the quality of the materials, and especially the quality of the steam the machine generates!

Best Steamer !!

I am a trained Resort Hotel Butler at the Michelin 1 Key level in a 5 star Hotel Resort luxury environment. I as a Butler courtesy; unpack my guests suit cases and do complimentary 
steaming with vertical steam pressing equipment on guests arrival at the resort. I like the simplicity of the “Salav X3 Garment Steamer”; and am getting great results on two shirts and a sports jacket I am experimenting on with wrinkles! I also like the ease of assembly of the garment steamer as well as disassembly if i need to transport to a client for Private House Butler work at a Private Residence. I give the overall experience a 4 star rating. To get a 5 star rating either an advanced digital manual or more elaborate hard copy manual on Garment Steamer Designer tips for added craftsmanship when steaming garments using this product would have elevated the experience to a 5 star rating;

Hotel Resort Butler

Hose is overly rigid 
Pre-attached pant clips and inbuilt hanger are too embedded and too close to the steam unit to attach or hang clothes comfortably for steaming 
Clips can't be pushed out far enough to steam my 32x30 pants because they bump up against them plastic of the underside of the hanger

Rolling the device by holding on to the vertical rod makes it tip forward 

No space for steaming the garments without hitting the vertical rod constantly
