Delicious cake.  However requested writing with the online order and was not notified they couldn't do that.  When when arrived at store, employee had no idea where the cake was and finally figured out it was just the cake not personalization.

I've ordered the Tres Leches 10" Round Double Layer Cake from Sam's Club several times, and it exceeded all expectations. This cake is incredibly moist without being soggy—perfectly soaked in that classic three-milk blend that gives tres leches its signature texture and flavor.
The sweetness is just right—not overpowering—and the whipped topping is light, fresh, and beautifully balanced with the richness of the cake. 
Presentation-wise, it looks elegant and bakery-quality, making it great for celebrations. 
I wish we could be given the option to personalize the color of the cake so we could use it with different birthday themes. 
'll definitely be ordering it again for future events.

Tres Leches 10" Round Double Layer Cake

Beautiful cake. Great for birthday parties, get togethers, or as a gift. It's a great size and feeds quite a few of people. It was a bit different from other tres leches cakes I've had but it was still very good. As it sat on a plate for a couple minutes the moisture in the cake began to seep out of the cake and was more reminiscent of what I'm used to. Overall, it was a delicious cake, perfectly sweet, with beautiful touches.

The cake was good however it was for a birthday and when I picked it up, the associate told me, Oh no, we don’t put anything on those cakes. It has to be a birthday cake. The app asked for cake with MESSAGE so it is very misleading and was very disappointing to go to an event without having anything written on a birthday cake. The associate did not show any concern about the situation so that was a little frustrating too. I will know the next time to go somewhere else to buy a cake If I want a message written on it and be thanked for my business.

Misleading Info in App

Strawberry filling was frozen and had a shaved ice texture.  The whipped icing was delicious and the rest of the cake as well.  It was just not what I wanted in the filling.

Was ok but wouldn't buy it again.

The cake was frozen so it was obviously not freshly made. The icing on the cake was not smooth. Looked like it had been recycled and they added my message after lifting off the original icing.

Bad quality, will not order again

Extremely disappointed.  The cake tasted awful.  It was like an ingredient was missing.  Dry and no flavor.  Also ordering system sucks. There is no customization flexibility.  Terrible

Pre-ordered the tres leches cake without strawberry jam for a birthday. When I picked up the order, I confirmed again that the cake didn't include the jam. Unfortunately, when we cut into the cake, it had a layer of jam. The cake was fine, but it isn't what I ordered and not what the birthday girl wanted.

Ordered tres leches cake with no filling and received cake with strawberry filling. So disappointing!

Received wrong cake

Unfortunately the cake was partially frozen - I think there were extra left from Cinco de Mayo and it was froze - and then you just put a birthday personalization on it. Very disappointing - won’t buy again.
