I've had other card terminals and this is, by far, the best. The setup was easy and I was ready to go in less than an hour. The pictures of the products on the screen help eliminate mistakes during checkout and the receipt printing options make it look very professional. No need to try other card processors. Use Square!

Bought this a few weeks ago, and boy, what a great deal. It definitely saves me $$$. Easy to use, great printer for receipts.

This has been an excellent device in my shop and on the go. My only criticism is that every time I power it on, the software updates. Otherwise, I’m quite pleased with the ease of use, inventory tracking, and tax options.

We had a few glitches with connectivity when we were super busy, but was able to work past it.

This is the first time bad experience with Sam’s club purchase. I bought square terminal from Sam’s club in mid February in$299 even it was cheaper at Amazon ($281) because it was advertised to give first $1000 transactions free from square if you buy terminal from Sam’s club. Then called to square about that but they were unaware and unable to give and then went to Sam’s club and talked to manager but he diverted me to call customer service and then called to customer service but representative was from Central America and unaware and not willing to work with me so finally I gave up.

Make sure you have internet connection.  If not you can have declined cards accepted and lose money.  I learned the hard way.
