I think this necklace is beautiful. It's dainty, very womanly or girly. It looks and feels lightweight and dainty but is sturdy. I love how there is a small cross that is built into the chain of the necklace and isn't displayed as a pendant like so many other similar products. I find this piece of jewelry very unique.

Just perfect…

The necklace is beautiful, however it's very delicate. I gave as a gift and the first time she tried to put on the necklace it broke. Also, it took shipping much longer than promised. And, it was a long inconvenient process to get the refund because it was purchased online. Sam's couldn't replace or refund it, it had to be done through the Vendor who sells the necklace. I will give Sam's 5 stars for giving me a $10 credit for the inconvenience.

Looong process to get the necklace to my friend!

The description says adjustable from 16 inches to 18 inches is not correct. It’s a 16 inch only. Purchased protection plan which I never received. Contacted Sam’s Club. They said contact Allstate. Could never actually speak with anyone so canceled plan and will hopefully get credit.

Delicate cross necklace

Necklace was very nice as presented but packaging was terrible. Necklace was not secured and arrived knotted up.

It took me over one hour to remove all the knots that were in the chain when I received it. Should have been packaged properly to prevent this. I should have just returned it.

Chain looked like a large ball of knots

It came in a tangled ball and was broken. Sams was quick to make it right though.
