Just purchased this scooter for my soon to be 6 year old. He loves it! 
It comes together pretty much, just have to attach the handle to the body. You do have to get a manual start for the electric to kick in. It charged pretty quickly as well. I will update my review later if anything changes.

Great kids scooter and the height adjustment is very helpful. Wish it had the app for control of the lights.
