What truly sets the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub apart for me is its seamless integration into my Samsung ecosystem effortlessly syncing with my existing Samsung devices, offering a unified experience. Here are some of the key features that I find amazing:

SmartThings App Integration: The integration with the SmartThings app has truly streamlined my laundry routine. From scheduling wash cycles to receiving alerts when the laundry is done, the app offers unparalleled convenience and control.

Capacity: the Large capacity washer an equally spacious dryer, the Laundry Hub easily accommodates my family's laundry needs. I can tackle laundry efficiently in one go.

Super Speed Wash and Dry: I appreciate being able to complete a full laundry cycle in record time without sacrificing cleaning or drying quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I  absolutely love this all in one laundry hub! It is very sleek and looks amazing, while being energy efficient! I love the control center in between the dryer and washer, this makes it easy to see, and  to choose your settings, just a button to easily switch between dryer or washer. I love all of the different settings on both machines. Choosing from steam wash for Whites to bedding to active wear is a great option! I absolutely love the heavy duty drying option, along with the dryer options that match the washing cycle like the bedding, active wear, delicates loads. It litteraly is quiet and you have the laundry done before you even realize you are washing laundry! The flex auto dispense is great, just fill up the dispenser, and let the machine figure out how much is needed for the load, no more wasting detergent, softner or bleach. Being able to choose the most effective washing cycle for my laundry is awesome! The AI Opti wash and AI Opti dry technology to determine the exact needs for your load is a good addition to this laundry hub! I like the fact that the AI determines what I need, and helps me to save money by doing so! I use the SmartThings app to control my start of load, and to alert me when the cycle is finished. No matter what I am doing I see the alert on my phone or connected Samsung TV also! I like knowing how long the cycle is going to be until finished, just by looking at the app! I highly recommend!

Quiet and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is a huge upgrade from my top loading washer and dryer. Being able to connect over WiFi is a bonus, although the song of each cycle is certainly long enough that you won’t miss it (10+ seconds).  The set visually looks great and so far is very efficient and washing and drying clothes. The stackable size is great for smaller spaces and was able to fit through my 30" doorway (barely) in the Styrofoam for delivery. My previous washer and dryer were not stackable, so I will eventually need a longer power cord for this dryer in order to place the stackable set exactly where I’d like in my laundry room. If you already have a stackable set that you’re replacing this shorter provided cord will not be an issue. Although the washer and dryer have one power button and display in the front, there are two separate power cords (one for the washer and one for the dryer). A better design would have been to combine these two cords. 

Compared to a top loader, this washer appears to be more gentle on my clothes. There are so many settings to choose from to wash whatever fabric you need. I like that you can create custom settings that you use commonly to make it faster to start your load. The noise level when washing is fairly quiet, but I will need to work on not trying to add too many clothes. The set comes with the sandpaper pads to help prevent the set from moving if you have an uneven load. 

My only complaint is after each wash cycle there is a decent amount of water sitting in the rubber edge. I use a dry cloth to clean up this water and leave the door open after each wash cycle to dry and to try and prevent mold growth or smell. The washer light will turn off after a few minutes of having the door open, which is nice.

The dryer also has very efficient capability. It can dry a standard, larger load in under an hour. There are also numerous settings of dryness for every type of fabric, dryness level, and heat level desired.

I only complaint with the dryer so far is that you need to dry bulk items like towels and bedding separate from clothes in order for these to fully dry. It seems that my bulky items when drying tend to concentrate in the middle throughout the cycle, so the outside clothes are sensed at my desired drying level and the cycle indicates it is complete, yet the bulky items in the center are still wet. I’ve had to remove the dry clothes and then go in to a dry these bulky items separately.

Laundry and AI, amazing combo

I like the interior and the large capacity of this machine  because of the amount of work clothes I have not to mention how heavily soiled they are.  I thought I would have to ask my wife how to operate this machine. But when saw the start button and I looked at the dial and started turning it, it became easy as pie. By the time my wife came in to help me, I already had my clothes in the washer. Even thou I don't like the amount of time on some of the cycles, I was even able to shorten the time to what I wanted. While turning the dial, I saw all the cool features, like the steam options, towels, bedding, and  quite a few others. It even has an option for denim. Now, I like that since I wear a lot of jeans. It even has self clean which I haven't had to try yet.  Wow, I have not seen so many options on a washer. And it lets you know when its complete by playing a tune.  Fancy.  And I'm always looking at the dryer filter to make sure it's not packed with lent. Now, I don't have to keep looking. It has an alert to let me know and it has a vent sensor.  It has an energy star certification, which for me is important.  I'm not that thrilled with HE machines because of the low water issue, but I do like saving money. And with this Samsung appliance having a 20 year warranty on the motor makes it a good investment.  Even thou this machine is lacking the vibration reduction technology, it only slightly shakes when it's spinning during the rinse cycle.  I'm old school, so I feel like I'm in the 21st century by being able to wash and dry from a samsung smart app on the phone. I can't wait to tell the guys at work.

Nice laundry hub design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke AI Laundry Hub is going to be the centerpiece of our transformed laundry room experience. At present and with our first experiences using the hub, we are completely satisfied. 

The ease of being able to switch between either washer or dryer controls is wonderful with the other keeping the place where you left off in the programming. Buttons are simple and the knob does the majority of the heavy lifting. Buttons are hidden when not in use and illuminated when available. It is a beautiful application using touch. 

The music at end of cycle is a nice little treat and as we have not chosen to customize, expect that we can change it to a little jingle that adds a little smile to our faces.

For cleanliness and water efficiency, we are extremely satisfied. Our old washer and dryer were energy hogs where these are energy misers and water sippers. 

Looking forward to many more years of function and completely happy with the 20 year motor warranty. 

The build quality is solid and overall operations are quiet. We have yet to test with bulky items but with full loads, the washer and dryer are high performers!

Would recommend to any and all in need of a space saving, high performing washier/dryer combo.

It provides more space efficiency in my laundry room and I love the interior lighting. Please note, the design is not the only thing that is slick and efficient. The integration with the SmartThings App is so easy to use and awesome for when you are out and want to monitor your laundry remotely. Whether you are washing or drying, the machine is quiet and saves energy which will help anyone's budget! The biggest thing that is super impressive to me is the AI capabilities. The way it analyzes factors and applies it to the washing and drying cycles so it provides the best results is truly mind blowing and exciting! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm impressed with the cleaning capabilities of this washer - it pulls out way more dirt than my old one! The dryer works well but I wish it was a little easier to adjust drying time. The settings are not very intuitive, but I guess I'll get used to it. I also wish there was some kind of manual override. Everything is digital/touch activated and I'm worried that these appliances will have a shorter life because they're unusable if wanting happens to the screen.

Learning curve

This dryer has a major AI flaw. It's default "eco"setting not drying AT ALL. It took me quite a while to figure out why after a full hour on maximum heat laundry is as damp as when was just removed from the washing machine. When paused in the middle of the cycle, turns out there us no heat. Clothes just spinning in the cold dryer. Sorry but running 3hr dry cycle for a single load of laundry IS NOT saving any energy and is only causing frustration. Worst of all, eco  AI cannot be permanently disabled and needs to be manually turned off every single time (otherwise drying is only a waste of time and resources).

Dumb AI

I have all samsung appliances less than 5 years old
The refrigerator has had 2 ice makers, the dryer has had the main circuit board replaced and the washer has developed 2large cracks in the top. Samsung won't cover any of. It as warranty
