Tune

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Iam very happy and pleased with my new Samsung BeSpoke! I can't believe how many different options there are to use. From towels to delicates, fabric type and OMG the steam and sanitize whites cycle is my absolute favorite!! I kind of gave up doing whites separate
due to the fact of them never coming even close to white again. However this steam and sanitize white cycle option on this machine is a godsend!! I cant believe how white my whites actually were when the cycle was complete! Iam amazed! I never thought this was possible!
The little tune the washer plays when the cycle is done is nice! I love the option of turning up the increments of volume also so everyone can here when the cycle is done.
The noise level on this unit is nothing less than amazing as well! I can have both the washer and dryer both going at the same time and would not even know it! Compared to my old unit which had the whole house shaking.
I got the black color Bespoke unit and love, love how attractive it looks! The reminder on the dryer to clean the lint filter also, is another one of my favorites. It won't start your cycle until you press the button saying you cleaned the lint filter! Absolutely genius! My family always had a problem doing just that and now I don't have to worry about any of that anymore either!
I can't believe how "Smart" this machine actually is! I kind of had my doubts as far as this being easy to figure out and doing what it claimed it would but now Iam a true believer!
Everything about this machine makes me happy! For once in a long time, I do not have any complaints! If anyone were to ask I would have not 1 single negative thing to say. I would very much so recommend the Samsung BeSpoke Washer/ Dryer combo to anyone in the market for a new washer and dryer!!

My new favorite appliance!!

The Insiders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and function of my new washer dryer. The ease of the different functions. I love the easy to use the SmartThings app and knowing what my wash and dryer is doing. The inside the capacity of each is perfect from small loads to bigger loads with blankets. The wash time is super fast and efficient. The interior looks awesome and so sleek. This is what you want in a washer and dryer. My old washer and dryer use to be load and noisy and vibrated a good bit with this Vibration Reduction Technology this washer and dryer is so much more quiet and does not vibrate and move.

The auto dispenser makes washing so easy. I no longer have to pull the detergent out all the time.
The stack design saves space and is still easy to access.

This was truly an upgrade for us from our old front load washer and dryer. The AI feature is easy to use. Just put your laundry in and it automatically determines the level of soil and washes accordingly. I love the color. I highly recommend it.

Sleek and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy I ordered this laundry station. The footprint is compact, the height low enough to fit in my (low ceiling) basement, it's quieter than the units it replaced (washer AND dryer are both quiet), the menus are easy to follow, I get wifi alerts on my phone when a load is done, and it does a good job cleaning.

There are two minor details I'd change:
1) For whatever reason, Samsung likes to make its appliances play far too long of a tune when an action is complete. I have a buddy with a Samsung range and when the oven is done heating up, it doesn't beep, it plays a 10 second tune. That's the same with this. When the load is done, there's not a ding or a 3 note chime, it's like 15 to 20 seconds of some tune. You can't change this (it's either off or on-- not choice between this song and a "ding" or something). Obviously, it's not a big deal-- it's cute at first-- but it is a bit annoying
2) The second thing is that you need a standard 220VAC outlet (large plug) for the dryer and a typical 110VAC outlet ("normal" wall plug) for the washer. There's no good reason you can't power both units off of the single, large dryer plug. Some engineer got lazy and didn't want to change the wiring when they mashed two units together to create this laundry center, so you need two outlets. Again, not a big deal, but mildly annoying.

Those are my two complaints, pretty insignificant. Both the washer and dryer operate quiet enough you can have them on your main floor (though you'll probably still want them behind a door)2, both work well, and the menus are easy to use. At a glance you can see the "recipe" (soil level, temp, etc.) on the display while it's running, but as you go to change these settings the menu tells you in clear English what you're changing too (cold, warm, hot, extra hot/ lightly soiled, soiled, heavily soiled, etc). In addition, while th eunit is running you get a countdown of how much time is left.

The SmartThings app is also surprisingly useful. You can change settings there-- but the biggest thing is that you get push notifications on the app when a load is done. No more forgetting something in the washer for 3 days. You know right when it's done so you can move it over and get another load in.

Finally, I was worried that a stacked unit would sacrifice load capacity, but this washer and dryer hold virtually the same amount of clothes as the older standalone units it's replacing. It's hard to ask for much more, I'm really pleased.

Quiet Operating, Compact Footprint, Full Sized Loa

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was opposed to going from a front loader to a stacked one, thinking it would be an eye sore but we actually gained a good bit of space back in the laundry room. I like the high tech features and the AI integration into washing loads. Setup was easy, I forgot to remove the plug from my old dryer but bought another one. I love the look of my washer dryer. After having some problems setting up the SmartThings app and connecting to it then it was easy to use the SmartThings app and knowing what my wash and dryer is doing. The capacity of each is perfect from small loads to bigger loads. The wash time is fast and efficient. The interior looks very nice. My old washer and dryer vibrated a good bit with this Vibration Reduction Technology this washer and dryer is so much quieter and does not vibrate and move.

The auto dispenser makes washing so easy. Just set it and forget it.

This was an upgrade for us . The AI feature is easy to use. Just put your laundry in and it automatically determines the level of soil and washes the way it needs to.

Mr Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 74” tall machine is commanding with a beautiful sleek design and it seamlessly integrates into our pantry space. The Hub is made with high-quality materials such as glass and stainless steel and seems very durable and hopefully will last a long time. It has thoughtful design elements when it comes to the auto liquid dispense system (which is plastic not metal , so no rust), the space saving design and the ultra capacity for the dryer and drum is a no brainer for us doing laundry!

In terms of performance, so far it has easily handled any load I have put into the machine. Its washing cycles are effective, with optimal water consumption and 15 cycle options catering to different fabric types, way more than I can describe here. To be honest I have not tried them all as of yet. I am most excited to try the Steam Wash setting as I stain pretty much every time i eat. :) The washer does not have any rock or shake in the spin cycle. Our system sits on hardwood floors and is in its own pantry room.
The drying is efficient, offering quick times for towels and sheets and gentle care for garments. So far I have used the timed dry, denim, and towels and sheets cycles, the 13 cycle options are fantastic. The lint trap is easy to access and clean out with each load. A chime at the end of each cycle is a fun way to let you know your load is complete. This can be turned off. There is also a dryer light that can be turned on or off.

I only have two Cons to offer in this review. The stacked Bespoke HUB washer sits extremely low to the ground. I have to bend very far into the machine to pull out the random sock stuck in the back, kinda like Pooh in the Honey Tree. Flexibility is should be considered this if you are purchasing this HUB
Another slight negative is the display. The sensitivity of the power button and the whole display is hard to gauge. As I press on the power button it may or may not turn on. Then you must press again till the display senses your finger. Once the system is on everything works as it should.

One cool feature is the smart connectivity. You must download Smart things App and connect via WIFI users can control the appliance from a smartphone. This process wasn't too complicated for me and being able to schedule to start a load when PGE KW fees are low is a nice $ saver.

I have enjoyed how the Bespoke Laundry HUB works so far and think it's a worthy investment for our household. I look forward to many years of use.

Space Saving Powerful Beauty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a household essential, finding the perfect washer and dryer duo is akin to discovering a gem. After extensive research and deliberation, I stumbled upon the bespoke washer and dryer set, and let me assure you, it's a game-changer. Allow me to delve into why this dynamic duo deserves the spotlight.

First and foremost, efficiency reigns supreme with these appliances. The bespoke washer boasts a range of customizable cycles, catering to all fabric types and stains imaginable. From delicate silk blouses to heavily soiled sports gear, this washer tackles it all with finesse. Moreover, its energy-saving features ensure a guilt-free laundry experience without compromising on cleanliness.

Transitioning to its counterpart, the bespoke dryer is equally impressive. Equipped with advanced moisture sensors, it dries clothes precisely, eliminating the risk of over-drying or dampness. Say goodbye to shrinking sweaters or prolonged drying times. Additionally, its sleek design and quiet operation make it a seamless addition to any laundry room.
Durability is another key aspect that sets the bespoke washer and dryer apart. Crafted from high-quality materials and engineered with precision, these appliances are built to withstand the test of time. No more frequent repairs or premature replacements—these machines are designed for long-term reliability.

While the bespoke washer and dryer set undoubtedly excels in numerous areas, it's essential to address the elephant in the room: the price tag. Admittedly, these appliances come with a premium price point, which may deter budget-conscious consumers. However, considering the unparalleled performance, innovative features, and longevity they offer, the investment is undoubtedly justified. From their customizable cycles and energy efficiency to their smart connectivity and durability, they redefine the standard of what a washer and dryer should be.

The Ultimate Laundry Duo: Bespoke Washer and Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the pleasure of upgrading my laundry experience with the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™, and I must say, it has completely transformed the way I approach laundry care. The WH46DBH500EVA3 model, boasting a 4.6 cu. ft. Large Capacity Washer with Flex Auto Dispense and a 7.6 cu. ft. Electric Dryer, in the sleek Brushed Black finish, is a game-changer in every aspect.

First and foremost, the design of this laundry hub is strikingly elegant. The Brushed Black finish adds a touch of modern sophistication to my laundry room, seamlessly blending in with its surroundings. The sleek and minimalistic design not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the space but also reflects Samsung's commitment to innovative design.

One of the standout features of this laundry hub is its AI-powered technology, which brings intelligence and convenience to the laundry routine. The built-in AI capabilities automatically optimize the wash and dry cycles based on factors such as fabric type, soil level, and load size. This not only ensures superior cleaning and drying results but also saves time and energy by eliminating guesswork.

The Flex Auto Dispense feature is another highlight of this laundry hub. It intelligently dispenses the perfect amount of detergent, fabric softener, and bleach based on the selected cycle and load size, eliminating the need for manual measuring and reducing product waste. This level of automation and precision is a game-changer for busy households like mine, allowing for hassle-free laundry care.

In terms of performance, the washer's 4.6 cu. ft. Large Capacity provides ample space for even the bulkiest loads, while the dryer's 7.6 cu. ft. capacity ensures efficient drying without overcrowding. The advanced technologies incorporated into both appliances deliver outstanding cleaning and drying results, leaving clothes fresh, clean, and ready to wear.

Additionally, the user-friendly interface makes operating the laundry hub a breeze. The intuitive controls and digital display provide easy access to a variety of customizable cycles and settings, allowing me to tailor each wash and dry cycle to my specific needs.
The SmartThings App for Washer/Dryer has completely transformed the way I approach laundry, making the chore not only manageable but surprisingly enjoyable. From its intuitive interface to its seamless integration with my Samsung appliances, this app has exceeded my expectations in every aspect.
First and foremost, the app's user-friendly design deserves applause. Navigating through its various features is a breeze, thanks to its intuitive layout and clear instructions. Whether you're scheduling a wash cycle or adjusting settings on the fly, the SmartThings App makes the process effortless and straightforward.
Real-time notifications are a game-changer. Gone are the days of constantly checking on the progress of my laundry. With this app, I receive timely updates on my smartphone, allowing me to stay productive while my washer and dryer do the heavy lifting. It's incredibly convenient and has saved me valuable time and energy.
Customization options are where this app truly shines. From selecting the perfect wash cycle for different types of fabrics to adjusting temperature and spin speed, the level of control it offers is impressive. I love being able to tailor each laundry session to meet my specific needs, whether it's a quick refresh or a deep clean.
The SmartThings App's integration with other smart home devices adds another layer of convenience. I've set up routines that automatically start a new load when I leave for work or receive a notification when a cycle is complete. It's a seamless experience that has made managing laundry a hands-free task..

best washer dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Samsung BeSpoke AI stacked washer and dryer, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. Setting it up was a breeze, and its sleek design fits perfectly in my laundry room. The BeSpoke AI technology is truly revolutionary – it learns my laundry habits and adjusts settings accordingly, which saves me a ton of time and energy. I love that there are many wash and drying settings to customize the different loads of laundry that we have to be cleaned.

One of my favorite features is the large capacity drum, easily handling even my bulkiest loads. The Quick Wash cycle is a lifesaver for busy days, and with the Steam Sanitize option, my clothes come out fresh and clean every time.

The SmartThings integration is seamless, allowing me to monitor and control my laundry remotely from my smartphone. Plus, the fingerprint-resistant finish keeps the appliances looking pristine even with daily use.

One downside is that it doesn't notify me when it's running low on detergent, which is a pretty big issue for my large family that does laundry daily.

Overall, the Samsung BeSpoke AI stacked washer and dryer has exceeded my expectations in every way. It's efficient, intuitive, and makes laundry day a breeze. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Space-saving High Tech Washer and Dryer

Glaiza

Absolutely HORRIBLE. This is, without question, the worst washer and dryer I have ever owned in my life. I am almost 50 years old, and I have never experienced such poor quality and performance from an appliance.

The washer has mold all over the detergent and fabric softener dispenser area. How is that even acceptable? It is disgusting and completely unacceptable.

The dryer is just as bad. It takes THREE HOURS to dry a normal load of clothes. Three hours! And now the washer has started leaking from the front panel.

To make matters even worse, this washer is unbelievably loud. I have never owned a washer this loud. It sounds like something is seriously wrong with it every time it runs.

The washer and dryer are both absolute garbage. Poor quality, terrible performance, mold, leaking, and unbelievably loud. I deeply regret purchasing this set and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Oh, it's so heavy no one will come and fix the issues. Save your money and buy something else. If I could give this product ZERO stars, I absolutely would.

Horrible!!!!!
