Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my brand new Samsung refrigerator the accessibility is out of this world The consistency of the cooling capability is night and day compared to my old off is night and day compared to my old off-brand refrigerator ice making is done in a snap. The organization capabilities of the four-door is just out of this world lost through words I don't know what I would have done without the refrigerator / freezer now that I have it can't believe it took me this long to even purchase it I give it a five-star out of five star and I recommend it to you friends family and anybody businesses above you can't go wrong they don't break down and with the Samsung warranty extended care it's a win-win situation

Talk about COOL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the beverage center, the option to select the cooling temperature I need for multiple items i.e., wine, deli meat and vegetables. I can select cubed or Ice bites. The refrigerator keeps track of food that may expire soon and I can also view the inside of the refrigerator from the grocery store or I show of the feature to my co workers. The finish and ergonomics goes with my kitchen aesthetic.

Great Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good smart Refrigerator........................................

good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's definitely my favorite refrigerator so far, very unique and eye-catching look, with large and nice organization that allows me to put all my dishes in. I've been used it for there year's and I still love it.

Unique looking, awesome capacity

I like the fridge, but the "white glass" panels are not white at all. It's a light gray at best. Very disappointed in the coloring as it doesn't look at all like the photos.

Not "white"

Jeffrey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Main doors are manufactured in a way that they do not hang plumb or level and the lower left door sticks out.

Defect in door design

Meneleo

I've had the refrigerator less than 2 years. The compressor is out and was told it's not worth fixing. Because I didn't get an extended warranty it's just garbage. I've tried to contact Samsung but only get AI telling me my product is out of warranty. Do not recommend.

Didn't last more than 2 years.

This is the worst fridge ever! Do not waste your money. The warranty is a lie. Samsung will send out a company to steal your money then tell you they can't do the work. Samsung is horrible. Took 8 weeks lawyer year for them to honor the warranty and replace the cooling system in a 1year old fridge. Then one year later and the cooling system and ice maker go out again. Now Samsung is saying it's still warranty but they can't get anyone out to fix it. Even though I have found 3 companies that will fix it. Samsung is the worst company in the world to deal with when it comes to a warranty. This makes 2 years in a row that my family and I have been without a fridge for 8weeks (first time) and 4weeks so far this time and still no fridge. Honestly save your money no matter how much you like the product, because your dealing with a company that doesn't care about you or your family's inconvenience, they only care about themselves and they will drive you up a wall until you decide to give up and go buy something else. Take my word for it. This is a horrible investment and this is the worst company I have ever felt with when it comes to them backing there product.

Worst company and product ever….save your money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the problem For the cooling Fraser is not working i'm already changed the icemaker. That will be the same problem. This fridge is very bad. Four years and the rest of them is garbage.
