The only complaint I have is I wish there was a light in the drum. I don't think I've ever owned a dryer that didn't have one. That's the only complaint I have and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great Dryer

Been only three weeks but the dryer works very well. Seems to be fairly quiet and much more time efficient. The options, remote access and cycle features makes its use a pleasure.  Just hope that it lasts as long as the unit it replaced.  Downside of this model is that the drum is rather dark and has no illumination which would be helpful but not completely necessary.

Hot dry and steamy

I love the different options for cycles and the fact that the dryer connects to my WiFi to notify me if there is an issue or when the load is done. I have not had any issues thus far and would recommend!

It has all the features we need and seems to do a great job.  Hope this one lasts as long as the previous one did.  (The only "complaint" I have about our new dryer is that it does not have an interior/tub light like our old one did; but don't let that minor detail prevent you from choosing a dependable "great for the money" machine.)

I did like the style. A short person will need a step stool or tongs to reach the items that are on the bottom of the washer....it's a very deep drum. And the dryer drum is a dark color and there is no light.  It held my king size comforter with no problem.

Takes a long time

Purchased this dryer 4 months ago and hasn't worked right since day 1. I figured well let's try all settings and see. Now after 4 months the dryer still is not drying as it should. On any cycle be prepared to wait 3 to 5 hours to dry a normal load oh and so everyone is aware, they don't have a light in the drum either, so take your flashlight with you. Finally called samsung and they said well if we don't find anything wrong that I'll have to pay the service fee! Oh and they will set up the appointment to come out regardless of whether it's convenient for you. THEY  set up the appointment for yesterday 5/12/26 without giving notice! So to make a long story short don't waste your money on this unit. I am currently looking at Maytag, %26 Whirlpool dryers to replace this one. 800.00 bucks down the drain!!!
