Great range for the price

I like the different burner options and the ability to remove the center griddle. The oven fits my large cookie sheets and has a good amount of space. I like that it sends my phone notifications when the oven is ready and when the burners are turned on. I have been cooking a variety of different foods and everything has come out great. I am really happy with my purchase.

Love it

Love this product. Looks great works great. Using for past 3 to 4 months and 2 issue i see and both are about the stove grate.
1) I feel the grate stands too high. Due to this every time usage is taking a little longer. Usual 5 mins work takes like 7 mins. It is just 2 mins... but 2 mins extra time in everything we do everyday means more gas usage.
2) It is a stupid design to put a horizontal bar right on top of the burner. So only flat vessels can be used. Anything with a slight curve at the bottom will start shaking or starts to rotate when we cook... since the vessel couldn't lay properly due to this center bar. I am even debating to cut a small portion in center so that all vessels stay put. Definitely person who designed the grate has not cooked before.

Good... but could be Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had ordered 3 appliances Over stove microwave/Hood,!Range and Dishwasher. Nice smooth clean install. All appliances were put through operation. All units are paired to SmartThings app and responding so far responding respectively. However one of the led bars on microwave has already failed after less than 3 weeks. Such a simple leaves me to wonder what may be next and why my rating is only a 3 when it could have been 4. Photo taken at 9:35 pm not 5:35pm see time on oven.

Led Fail, What's next?

Purchased stove in 2018. The timer is obnoxious, a loud, awful song that luckily you can silence or either have a loud beep I think that hurts your ears, so we silenced them both and bought an external timer. This past year, the screen started flashing different stove settings- like "Broil" "Dehydrate" "Bake" with some dashes next to it, and it'd disappear after a minute or two. It would never turn on.... until last night. Last week a code came on "C-F2" and none of the buttons would work to make it turn on. Great. I did a deep clean, took off back part to expose circuit board and some of the components were slightly bent down, so I straightened them, and then took the ribbon wiring out of it's connection and re-connected it. It seemed to do the trick and I was able to use the oven in time to bake my mom's birthday cake. But the flashing intermittent randomness was back to normal. And then, last night- when the "Broil" came on by itself- the stove turned on, all on it's own! There was leftover cake from the first cake I had put in there so the cats wouldn't eat it- and it got burned. Luckily my daughter was home and on the phone with me and I had her switch the breaker to the off position! Need a new stove now. Seems like it's toast, and not in a good way. Loved the convection setting for baking, and the long burner in the middle for a griddle. Two pluses.

An "ok" stove

Range has some good features, the stove top and air fry work well. The oven is awful for baking. It was over-temperature from the time we bought the range last April 2025. Had tech out in November 2025, who replaced the circuit board. Worked OK until recently (March 2026), when a couple items were overcooked at the recipe times (and less than the recipe time and much less than I've experienced in any previous oven). Had a tech out again, who said that the oven is operating within specs. He did spend an hour testing the thing, but that doesn't explain it's recent performance. He said that the oven temp naturally fluctuates around the set point, within a specified range (looks to be +-18°F). But, it sure looks like it's not maintaining the set point. We've never had this experience with any previous range. Upshot is, I guess we'll have to constantly babysit this oven whenever baking. At least until we get tired of constantly checking on it when baking and replace it with a non-Samsung range. Not the quality and convenience expected for a new appliance at this price.

Baking Problems

Aesthetically speaking, I love this range and it fits perfectly into my kitchen. However it wasn’t long into owning it we found the downfall with the touch pad for the oven. The buttons rarely work when needed and we end up having to triple clean the entire face in order to *perhaps* have the buttons work. It’s frustrating and I would go out of my way to not recommend this oven purely due to this major flaw. The front double burner works to extremes along the lines of heating and is more problematic than helpful with temperature inconsistencies.

Would keep looking

Worst gas stove ever. Control panel error prevents you from using stove. 
Burners continually need adjusted and always have orange flames.
Blue light on control panel reflects making it look like the burners are lite when they are not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range takes a long time to warm up on bake less than a year and a half of owning the interior coating started to flake off. My air cleaner goes off every time I turn on the range. Samsung says it’s just cosmetic and will not honor the warranty. Stay away from this product.

Don’t buy it!

As an experienced home cook, this is by far the worst range I have ever owned. The burners are inconsistent and defective — they heat unevenly and unpredictably, causing food to burn, something that is not typical for me. Twice I have ended up with completely burnt rice due to burners being defective- I've been making rice on the stovetop for 20 years and this has never happened to me.  For anyone who takes cooking seriously, this alone makes it unacceptable.

The design choices make it clear this product was built for looks, not functionality. There is a deep crevice running across the front of the range that constantly traps crumbs and grease and is nearly impossible to keep clean, even with specialized tools. You also can’t hang a dish towel off the handle, something that should be a simple convenience in any kitchen. The racks are too small to fit two half-sheet pans side by side, which all my previous ranges were able to do. And the oven control button is placed in a way that makes it easy for small children to press and fiddle with, not to mention you need to press it a total of 4 times just to start the oven, which seems excessive.

Overall, I deeply regret investing in this product. It may be fine for someone who cooks rarely, but for avid or serious cooks, it’s simply not functional. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
