Locking Lid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The amount of clothes its able to wash correctly at one time is very ideal. It gets everything completely cleaned with the first wash. The lid lock feature is super helpful if you have little ones. The noise level is perfect and simple not a long song. Vibration is nice, not to much to where it makes the whole thing noisey.

Ideal features for modern washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised by how well this machine works, how clean my clothes turn out, and the low noise feature. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice top loader, thank you.

Very satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with the washer so far. Very easy to use, lots of different modes, and capacity is excellent. I can fit larger loads without feeling like I'm overloading it, and everything still comes out clean. It also runs smoothly with minimal noise and vibration. Overall, been reliable and does exactly what it needs to do.

Great washer with great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is fantastic. Very quiet room mining. Smart about balancing loads. Great capacity for the wife and I and even big enough to run the comforters and blankets. No vibration at all. Gets even my filthy foundry clothes clean and doesn't have a ring of filth or smell afterwards. Great purchase!

Best washer I've owned

Meneleo

This washing machine is one of the worst I have ever encountered. You can barely fit two towels or a few light T-shirts inside. As soon as it starts spinning, it makes incredibly loud noises—so loud you'd think it's about to explode. You might as well sit back and relax because you'll be glued to it, worried it's going to blow apart at any moment. It's so bad that I feel like I'm risking my safety just by using it. Instead of making laundry easier, this model only causes stress and frustration. Interestingly, my friend has the same washer, and he's had to buy a new one because the bad experience . Honestly, I'd give this product a zero rating.😡 I Will not recommend for anyone.

The worst washer I've ever seen in my life!!

Jeffrey

Would give zero stars if possible. Can't do a simple wash (two bath towels) without going berserk. Would literally thrash and crash so loud as if it were the apocalypse. Would always get the UB error, rearrange the two towels a dozen times. An entire 8 hrs would go by before it finally tires out and decides to rinse. Would take it out and smash it with a bat if possible.

Worst piece of machinery ever invented!

Nicole

Samsung needs to issue a recall for these washers. The number of videos and complaints online is proof that this model does not work properly. The washer does not finish cycles, stops randomly for more than 10 minutes, and sometimes the water does not drain correctly. No matter how carefully you balance or sort the clothes, there is always some kind of issue with the washer.
Model: WA45T3200AW/A4 Serial: 0HPM5DDY727847W Trying to get support is also extremely frustrating. The website constantly blocks you from requesting help by repeatedly asking you to sign in after clicking Live Chat, Support appliance type, and other buttons, only to be told to sign in again.

Defective

Geraldine

After a couple of years it gives error code U6 unbalanced on EVERY SINGLE WASH. Have wasted so much water trying to move clothes around to balance evenly, but then washer starts again & clothes move & error code comes up again. I have never had this problem with any other brand of washing machine. And my machine is perfectly balanced on the floor. Beyond disappointed that this machine is made so poorly.

Horrible spin cycle cause Error Code U6 on every f

I purchased a top loading washer two years ago. This is the biggest piece of junk I've ever owned. It will almost never spin out our laundry. I can load one blanket and it still has trouble spinning it out. If I could afford a different brand I would buy one today.

Junk

I've had this washer for about 4 years. It is the biggest piece of junk that I have ever dealt with. From day one, I have constantly had issues with the load out of balance so it errors out. The worst part is when you get this error, the cycle starts all over again, creating more water and electricity usage! I can't even wash my towels or bedding without the machine not being able to balance out enough to spin. And, even though I am not washing heavy items, I still use the Heavy Duty or Bedding/Waterproof cycle and get the same result. Every single time, I have to rearrange the load and hold the washer in place or sit on it, just so it doesn't go off balance again - and sometimes THAT doesn't even work! Just today, I tried to wash one large towel and a super light blanket and it errored out 3 times, leaving me no choice but to pull the towels out literally soaking wet and put them in the dryer. If you scroll down to the review by tddrakur, you'll see this person has the same exact issue. Bye bye Samsung...

PIECE OF JUNK!!
