Looks great but the storage on the inside of the refrigerator and freezer is not that much, it’s much smaller than our old GE counter depth refrigerator. So glad we still have that in our garage as the storage capacity is so much more.

We were hesitant about ordering a refrigerator from Sam's Club on-line, but we glad we did.  This counter depth side-by-side refrigerator was exactly what we were looking for.  The interior is more than spacious for us and it is very quiet.  Also, we love the flat doors without the handles. The delivery went smoothly.  They let us know the day they will deliver, and on the day of delivery, they called us that they would be there in 15 minutes, which gave us time to remove everything from the old fridge.  From the time they brought the fridge into the house, connect it to a water line, take all the plastic wrappings off, and made sure the new fridge was in its correct position, it was no more than 20 minutes max.  These guys were very efficient and we were pleased that none of our food got spoiled.  We will definitely purchase on-line from Sam's Club again.

One thing I think it could be improved upon it would be to have a light in the water dispenser area for when you getting a glass of water at night that would be nice.  Otherwise it's a great refrigerator

Fits the space we have well and seems to keep all shelves nice and cold. Just wish the water/ice dispenser had a light. The default temperature settings are good and easy to see/adjust if needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had have this refrigerator for the last 3 years and overerall it has good reliability and good value. Before buying it I did extensive research and to me it was the best value for the $. Both freezer and refrigerator parts have decent capacity. And I specifically was looking for a side by side model to avoid issues with ice maker. Overall we are happy with our choice. I removed one star due to water dispenser. After you use it some times it  drips few drops of water after it was off and in creates water stains on the black dish below.

I also have a lovely smart oven by the same company and it makes baking so much easier being able to set oven timers with my smart speaker.

The fridge was an excellent price but the inability to adjust shelves and bins in both freezer and fridge is disconcerting. The literature stated one shelf could be adjusted but there was none. The nozzle to get water out of the door is way too forward. I have some glasses that miss the nozzle, creating a mess. Thinking I would get used to both of these features is not working. Finally adjusted to no door handles, but initially  cut the top of my hand reaching for the wrong with the wrong hand. A solid average appliance but noisy.

Average but solidly built inexpensive side by side

I fell in love with the look but as the saying goes, everything that looks good is not always good. 
My refrigerator died after 5 years. I lost a lot of food due to the fridge side freezing food and the freezer side melting. 💵 😞 Repairman warned me that he has to service this brand quite frequently. 👋🏽
