Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is clear, colors on point. I have other Samsung TVs so it's convenient because features are very similar. It makes learning to use much easier. I love that the screensaver feature is activated when I don't make a selection, like going to the guide and I get distracted and never make a selection.

Amazing Picture

Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will never ever by any device or appliance other than samsung. My oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer, cellphone are all samsung- if they made a vehicle, I'd have that too! I first bought a samsung tv in 2015 and it still works as if new! Absolutely nothing wrong with it, so when I wanted a new and bigger tv- there was no option. Always go with samsung products, for real.

Wonderful brand with longevity in their products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with the Samsung S90FD. The picture quality is amazing — bright colors, deep blacks, and excellent detail. The OLED display really feels like a big step up from a regular LED TV.
The TV is very fast, and the menus and apps open without any noticeable lag. I especially love the picture quality when watching movies and sports. The sound is also good for such a thin TV, although a good soundbar would make it even better.
The design is very thin and modern, and the TV looks premium and elegant. For the price, I think it's one of the best options in its class.
I definitely recommend the Samsung S90FD. Very happy with my purchase!

Amazing Picture Quality and Excellent Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this Samsung Television! It has absolutely amazing picture quality! The picture is incredibly sharp, vibrant, and detailed, with outstanding contrast and deep blacks. Colors look rich and natural, and the brightness is excellent even in our well-lit open space living room. The upscaling is impressive, making everything look fantastic. The responsiveness is also excellent. Overall, this TV delivers an awesome viewing experience and has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Awesome Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this model since 2018 and ot easily gives the newer models around my home competition. I absolutely love everything about it. I have had zero issues. Samsung definitely has gained a customer for life with me. I absolutely love this brand.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV. Looks bright, good blacks, deep colors. At all angles and all times of day.

I have some complaints outside of the TV quality.

-The Samsung OS is a mess. App icons everywhere. It's so chaotic. I want like 5 things and it has 500. And they're grouped in such nonsense ways. There's no rhyme or reason. You can't hardly tell what you have, what you own, what you're renting, what's even clickable. Is this movie a thing, a suggestion, an ad, a video game. It's mind numbing. We have multiple engineering degrees in the house and we rely on teamwork to do simple things like "load the YouTube that works, not the YouTube that does not work" or "I want to play that game I have and not that game-I-have-for-now". My specialty on the team is input switching to play our game console when the TV has decided for you that you must watch broadcast television.

-The remote is lacking an input switcher and that's just silly.

-We lost the remote for a while and could not turn off the tv. I thought for sure there would be a physical power button but the manual did not mention it. However I checked online and people insisted there is one. I felt around for 15 minutes and finally found it. It's so tiny and easily mistakeable for other plastic nubs nearby. Also a bit silly.

Great quality, bad OS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 remotes. OneSamsung and one Firestick. I turn on the tv with the fire stick which means the fire stick is also "on." Then I need to use the Samsung remote to get to the hdmi port to use the fire stick remote to select YouTubeTV, YouTube, Netflix, Prime, Paramont, and others. Lately the Samsung has "taken over" requiring me to use the Samsung remote to Gert back to the fire stick

remote control issues

The UI is horrific. Clunky and slow, but worst of all, the TV automatically turns itself on activates its "music wall" when you walk by with a phone or when a Bluetooth device within range broadcasts a pairing request, which some cheap Bluetooth transmitters do, without an option to shut them off. Even a nearby neighbor's device could trigger it. Google it, you'll find lots of complaints about this, which Samsung considers a "feature" and which cannot be deactivated. Good picture quality, which is why I give it 2 stars But I'm probably going to return it. I can't have Samsung deciding when my TV will turn by itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was fine when we received it and it gave a great picture. However, after 2 1/2 months, the color went bad. The colors were intense, especially the reds, and they could not be corrected. We called Samsung and they had us do all kinds of things but it still wasn't corrected. Very annoying and impossible to watch anything and enjoy it.

Major problem with color intensity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not recommended a Samsung TV . Not because of picture or sound but the AI takeover to the TV.
Why would anyone want the sound to cut off waiting for something to happen or go to a connect screen block the program you are watching. I see thousand of complaints on line with no answer how to turn off AI related features which block pictures or sound at a Radom time.
