PONY Folding Sawhorse Set, 2-Piece, Clamp-Ready Top Rail

Instructions

Give your workspace a stable, dependable foundation with this Pony 2-piece folding sawhorse set, engineered for professionals and DIYers who need a jobsite-ready solution that sets up in seconds and breaks down just as fast. Each sawhorse folds open with no tools required, making it easy to go from storage to full setup in moments — perfect for contractors moving between job sites or homeowners tackling weekend projects in the garage. Built to handle serious work, this pair supports up to 1,200 lbs. combined, giving you the confidence to cut, sand, assemble, or stage heavy materials without worry. The clamp-ready top rail is a standout feature: its textured surface is designed to work seamlessly with bar or spring clamps, letting you lock boards, panels, or workpieces securely in place for precise cutting and assembly. Non-slip rubber feet keep each sawhorse planted firmly on concrete, wood, or uneven jobsite terrain, so you can work with stability from the first cut to the last. When the job is done, the interlocking top rail design lets both sawhorses clip together into a single, easy-to-carry unit that folds down to just 4.3 in. thick — ideal for tossing in a truck bed or tucking away in a closet or shed. At just 7 lbs. each, they're light enough to move around all day but tough enough to trust with your heaviest materials. Backed by Pony — ""Clamps Without Compromise"" since 1903 — this sawhorse set is built to keep your projects moving efficiently, job after job.

:

Picked up the 2-pack of Pony Jorgensen sawhorses at Sam's Club, and they exceeded expectations right out of the box.

The heavy-duty steel construction feels rock-solid with zero sway or wobble, even under heavy dimensional lumber and sheet goods. Setup and takedown take seconds—the quick-folding legs lock securely into place and fold up clean and compact for easy transport or hanging on the wall. The built-in 2x4 support slots make setting up a temporary jobsite workbench or cutting table effortless.

For the price Sam's Club is charging, the build quality and weight capacity blow cheap plastic or flimsy aluminum horses completely out of the water. Highly recommend to anyone doing serious DIY, framing, or shop work.
