Let me start by saying, I’m a big fan of Nordic Ware. So I was very excited when I got my new pans because I wanted to make a pumpkin. The small size is actually perfect for a family of five. I really like the color of the pans in the way, they’re designed. They are very light with a nice inner coating making cakes easier to come out. The only thing I hate to do with bunt pants is wash them. I always wash them by hand because there is always a crevasse that gets missed in the washer. I alway love the different designs they make with their pans. These pans are simply a work of art!

Love Nordic Ware

The pans are fantastic! Absolutely love the non-stick. They worked better than I could have hoped for. I also like that you get 2 sizes. When I opened them, you could just feel that they were a quality product. I would definitely recommend them.

Beautiful & Non-stick

Thinking it was light weight compared to another I had purchased, I thought it wouldn’t make my Bundt cakes properly but I have been making Bundt cakes nonstop since I’ve gotten these, the copycat recipe of nothing Bundt cake and it’s been perfection and fool proof everytime. Just had to purchase the bakers spray, instead of cooking spray and literally out of the oven and onto a plate everytime without resting and I keep the pan over the cake to keep it moist until ready to eat.

Best Bundt cakes

My daughter made fresh bread, banana bread, and a brownie cake in the bundt pans.  They turned out great and the clean up was easy with the non stick pans.  Would definitely recommend these as they cook evenly and are easy to wash.

Nordic Ware nonstick bundt cake pans

I love the pattern of the set is beautiful. I love that there are 2 sizes; the smaller 6 cup one is perfect for my husband and I and the larger 12 cup one will be great for when family or friends come over. They appear to cook evenly, are lightweight, and clean up easily with soap and water.

I used the 12 cup bundt pan to make a 7 Up Pound Cake that turned out perfect. The nonstick coating and the additional shortening and flouring allowed the cake to release easily after cooling.  The pan cooked the cake evenly and left a beautiful golden brown hue to the outside.  This size is what most recipes are written to fill.

I used the 6 cup pan to make the Nordic Ware Almond Pound Cake recipe listed on the smaller pan's packaging and used nonstick spray to grease the pan.  This cake didn't release from the pan, no matter what I did. I ended up having to cut a slice out to get it out. The cake itself was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. I am not sure if it was the different greasing methods, the different butter contents of the recipes (the 7Up one had considerably more butter), or a combination of the two that impacted how much it stuck in the pan.  I will try the recipe out again with the other greasing method to see if that works better. 

I am also excited to try my chocolate cake, lavender lemon cake, and orange poppy seed cake recipes in them.  These pans would be great for making cheese pull apart garlic bread too.

Nonstick bundt pans

Nordic makes excellent Bundt pans and this an exceptional value.  I love having the options of 2 sizes depending on the recipe.  These bake evenly, which is essential for great cakes.  They release easily as well.  Highly recommend - especially when on sale.

This set includes a 12 cup and 6 cup pan which is very convenient for my household of 2 and for when i want make a tiered cake for a gathering. My cake turned out just right because the aluminum allows for even baking.

Good quality set

I've only tried the smaller one so far. I did buy the cooking spray with flour, as the instructions said do not use regular cooking spray. I like them so far.

Bundt yummyness

I love this set of pans.  I love that you have two different sizes to use. They are lightweight but i don't feel like it compromises the quality. The cakes cook evenly and releases from the pan easily.

These baking bundt cake pans are awesome!! I love the two different sizes they come in.  I actually love to make meatloaf in bundt cakes.  They make them extra moist!! Best secret ever! You are welcome!! Anyways, these pans are great! Nordic Ware is such a great brand and has quality items! If you are looking for bundt cake pans, get these ones!
