The Ninja is great.  It gives off a lot of heat and you can comfortably sit around it in very chilly weather.  The only negative is that if you have both the flame and heater operating for several hours it eats up a lot of propane. Regardless, I would buy it again.

A nice versatile fire pit

This is a well built outdoor heater and fire pit.  I like the fact that you can use it as a heater or fire pit, or both at the same time. Also really like its portibility, easy to move where you want.  Note that it does use a lot of propane when on high heat.

Well built heater and fire pit

Perfect for heat and a bit of flame.   We had the toll pole heaters prior  and always uneven heat especially down low or if not close enough, other fireplace tables just dont provide the heat. This is the perfect combination, only drawback is  it does not pull table top duties at all, hopefully they will provide a shelf option for when not using the heat. We put one at our Mountain home and considering one at the beach home for cool winter nights although not sure if it will handle the salt life.

This firepit/heater is awesome. don't let the higher price steer you away from purchasing. the heater and the blaze are both incredible and the height is perfect when sitting.
And so easy to get it setup is so much more of a plus. Is mobile also so it is not hard to move from one area to another

Newest addition to backyard

This is the perfect addition for our backyard entertaining. We love using this on cooler summer nights here in South Carolina. It's super easy to set up and use, we set it in our concrete patio and get so much use out of this. It provides great heat and I love that the heat levels are adjustable with just the turn of a dial. I love the hot stones for a zen like ambiance. Super relaxing and a great addition to our entertaining space.

I was skeptical about buying most propane heaters because I thought they were useless. The unit itself is much bigger than expected, which is great. It works as advertised. Heats great, 360 and flame are great. It's definitely a positive talking piece when people see it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is due to the price. If you're paying $500.00 for this, it should come with all accessories available. If not, it shouldn't be more than 299.00 in my opinion. It is an awesome unit. I just think the price point is high. That being said, I decided to spend the price. I didn't have to purchase it.

As others have mentioned this product is prone to what appears to be a thermocouple issue.  Given that its been reported several times I would posit that its a design issue that NINJA needs to rectify. Unlike others we did get about 8-10 uses out of the product before it went kaput.  Still ridiculous for a product that cost nearly $500.  Will be returning to Sam's.
