I used the Umcka Cold Care Kids Chewables by Nature's Way recently for my daughter's cold and it took care of the symptoms. We used it at the first symptoms and the cold was pretty much gone on day 4.
It also tastes good, like a cherry and my daughter didn't refuse to take it.
